After more than a month waiting for my…

After more than a month waiting for my order (001.06912141.00.00), placed on 3rd of December, it's returning back to you guys. DHL never tried to reach me, always with the same excuse that I'm not home... I tried to contact them 100 times. When I finally gave up, I tried to contact you, calling several times and sending some mails, also no answer at all... So, no shoes and no money, just 25 euros phone bill... Hopefully, I will get a refund, but as I can see, it will be another adventure.

Never received order

Not possible to return items.

I've ordered some shoes and they arrived in good condition but unfortunately they weren't a perfect fit for my feet. Plus kickz sent them to me twice (?).
I wanted to return both parcels, but the link on their website for returns doesn't work. I contacted customer service via E-Mail, but they didn't reply yet and then the other ratings found on pages like these made me even more skeptical. I have already paid via PayPal.
Think twice before you order if you think of maybe having to return something.

Ordered a sweater 2 weeks ago

Ordered a sweater 2 weeks ago. They told me it was shipped a few days later and would arrive soon, but I haven't heard from them since. So no updates about my order and they don't react on my inquiries by e-mail.

I Hope something will happen soon - otherwise I will contact my credit card money to see If I can get the money back.

Received wrong items and no answer

Unfortunately the service quality has dropped on this website.
They send me the wrong items, it's been a month and I am still waiting for an answer and a refund (order: K005-50000471079). Shipment was already returned and received in their warehouse on 23.12.24 (CO202734469DE)

Orderded 2 pairs of shoes New Balance…

Orderded 2 pairs of shoes New Balance on 27-11-24, they arrived. Send one pair back because it didn't fit. The return arrived at Kickz on 8 of december 2024 but I still haven't received my money back (it is one month later). I have send several mails, fill in contact forms, called 2 times. Can’t return the product for over a month!

Have been trying to return a pair of trainers and the sticker that was provided after we followed the steps for return process is not working at the post office . We have been trying to contact them almost for a month now! I have sent at least 4 requests for contact forms , I have been calling this number and hanging waiting online being charged! as I am calling from Spain! This is ridiculous ! Order not received.

Far worst online shopping experience

I have been shopping online for years and I have had bad experiences but this is far worst so far and I think the issue is systematic and terrible in all ways.
1. I ordered two Carhartt jackets and both came wrong (same wrong) whose original price is ofc much less than what I ordered. They told it was an error in the system so I said fine.
2. You cannot reach anyone. No one picks up the calls in customer service, no response to email.
3. It has been literally over one month since my return arrived to your premises and I could not get refund still for both of my orders.
If I cant get any refund within 5 working days for my both orders, I will start legal procedure.

Hello,Kickz! On 31.12.24 i ordered anta kai 1 garden state but yall did not send me a confirmation email to track my order. Did i do something wrong or yall werent working on that day? I even sent 2 emails to you but since 2 weeks i havent got an answer... Im really mad because now these shoes are out of stock on my size(46 eu). Also nothing has moved from my bank. Didn’t recieve my money back.

Either they having massive problems regarding processing payments either they just scamming for no reason. I’ve entered their raffle three weeks ago they still holding my money despite the fact i had to be refunded within one week. They would never answer to my emails. I will start going through legal procedures.

Frustrated

Kickz,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of communication regarding my order. I placed an order with you, and according to the email confirmation, I was supposed to receive an order confirmation within 2-4 days. However, it has been much longer, and I have not received any confirmation or shipping details.

To date, I have sent four emails requesting an update, but I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of communication is leaving me feeling dissatisfied and disregarded as a customer.

No information on when i will revice my shoes

Ordered trainers for Christmas and communication was good, explaining that there would be delays due to the busy Christmas period. Trainers arrived with no issues in time for Christmas so all good. Unfortunately they are too small so I need to order a larger size.

why don't you answer the emails sent, why do you make everyone miserable like that, why make us wait like dogs. We just want our money back. Many people have the same problem with you. you don't answer the message sent more than 10 messages on info@kickz and on your social networks. Many people have lost their money because of you, they ruined their birthday, Christmas or vacation because of you. THERE ARE LAWS, people who have not reimbursed their money must send you to court with a lawyer with everyone not returning money.
