I have not gotten my shoes. The tracking says they are ready to be picked up but It doesn't indicate where they are. Besides, I put the delivery address as my work place where someone is always here to receive packages.

Told me they paid on 7th January. Still didn't recieve my money. Only thing I got was a mail on the 24th January with a question if meanwhile I got my money back. I immediately replied that I did not get anything. No respons till this day. K001-20000288459

Extremely dissapointing experience. NOT recommended!
In December, I've ordered a jersey, which has been sent to me without any confirmation. I haven't received any shipment details.
The customer service didn't respond to contact via website form. The phone number was not working.
After contacting them via e-mail, I've got a response that the delivery had been sent but the delivery was not succesful so the jersey was on the way back to Kickz warehouse.
Super annoying - I haven't got any chance to even know when to receive the package, not to mention that DHL didn't leave any note in my mailbox.
But OK. After contacting them again and asking if it's possible to redirect the sending, or send again, I've got no answer. It was on January 16th. Two days later, I've asked for refund, since the package arrived at their warehouse.
I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM SINCE!
Wow.
Please AVOID them.

Hi, I’d like to share my very bad experience with Kickz.com. I ordered basketball sneakers at the end of November and two months later I still haven’t received anything.
According to their courier (DHL) the package is lost. I contacted Kickz.com four times in writing and they haven’t even reacted to my messages. I have now engaged with my bank for charge-back. Will not shop again at Kickz.com of course and cannot recommend this site.

2 pairs of Trainers purchased beginning of December and one sent back days of after receipt.
Kickz still has not confirmed the return and I have had no refund. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email, the customer contact portal and phone. No answer , no response to any contact form and the phone just puts you on hold for hours. Disgusting service . They send an automated response to your email but you never hear anything back . I am out of pocket a considerable amount and have wasted hours on trying to get a refund .

Update: Kickz have finally responded. Not to all my emails and messages through their contact form, but after I left a negative review here. It seems this is the only way to get their help so don't bother with their contact form. No apology, just asking me to send me the tracking number for the return. I sent them this weeks ago. Despicable customer service. How long do they expect me to hold on to this? Their website promises they will contact you quickly and refunds in 14 days. Rubbish.
They obviously do not value customers at all. What a terrible experience.

The order went well as always but the return has taken way too long. Gave the package to Finnish Post Office on Dec 18th. Still haven't recieved the refund. And the lousy customer service hasn't answered to two messages I've sent.

Very Bad online store. I have ordered a basketball jersey and after more than 2 weeks the order has not arrived. What surprises me the most is that this online store doesn't reply to your emails, and there is no way to get in touch with their customer service. Basically, there is no one who can help you. After 2 emails, there is still no response. I can kiss my money goodbye. I will never shop here again and will not recommend this side to anyone.
