The awning was easy to put up and take down. Withstood a breezy first night out, very impressive.

I bought the 6 birth steel pole tent at the end of last summer. I’ve only just put it up ready for our next camping trip and I am SO pleased! Put it up in the wind and rain and it’s still great after 4 days of quite extreme wind and rain. Very straightforward to put up (though I needed someone else as too big to do on my own. So spacious and thinking of purchasing the additional bedroom. Super helpful customer service, really great value for money- such a well made tent and I’m expecting will last for years. I’d definitely recommend.

I accidently made an order applying discount wrong codes and ended up paying more than I could have. I contacted Khyam and they refunded me the difference without any hassle.

I had a problem with my awning when it arrived I emailed the team and within a week I received a new awning great service from this company

I have the new for 24 Loctec Dallington 3 tent, previously the Biker Plus SE. MAYBE I got too used to the Vango Spirit 300 used as it previous biker tent but the packed size of this is massive! Yes it will fit on the bike but it takes three times the space. The steel poles for the vestibule and awning are heavy. Those poles aren't labelled and are nearly the same size. Squeezing the tent over the slightly longer poles intended for the awning nearly broke it.
It's not a cheap tent yet in the sleeping part there is either no hook for a lamp Or it wasn't well finished as there is just a tab of material, not a loop, not a ring or a hook, just a useless tab that I will sow myself by hand to create a loop door a lamp hook.
The side porch door is designed to let water in when you open it wet so make sure to shake well before use. I will create something myself to solve that.
Apart from that there's good space and once you learn how not to trap your hand in the exoskeleton is nice to put up in the rain.

The courier emailed to say delivered but it wasn't where photo was taken! Weather horrendous so initially very unhappy that the box was left in pouring rain.
Contacted sales team at Khyam ( and courier) that evening. Had calls from both the next day. Situation resolved as driver had second thoughts about leaving it outside and took away again and redelivered next day.
Not tried tent yet....waiting for a dry day!

Poled drive-away awning review.
The awning appears to be very good quality, when compared to previous tents we’ve owned from various well known brands over the last 15-20 years.
Although not light, for me the metal poles add peace of mind in terms of their strength .
We have only used the awning for a few nights thus far; including one quite windy night on a cliff, but so far very impressed!!

EDIT - An update after a few more nights use:
I think I’ll stick with a 5* review, but I feel I must build on my previous statement about metal poles providing ‘peace of mind’.
While they have proven capable of withstanding gusts of 40mph, while pitched atop a Pembrokeshire cliff, it seems they are not so adept at withstanding the power of low-flying wives, falling backwards out of vans while trying to say goodnight to kids in pop-tops.
Users beware!!
Not sure how I will swing this on the Khyam lifetime warranty…..? 🤔

Pre order was supposed to arrive in April.
It was delayed because of shipping problems.
I assumed Khyam made in uk not just designed…!?
Arrived late May and we put it up to check before going away only to find rips in the fly screen and loose threads/ stitching…
We now have to change our holiday plans…which will be expensive!
They’ve been closed so awaiting their response…
Very poor experience after we bought what we thought was a premium quality (and expensive) product…

Tent arrived on time
Erected easily , plenty of room in tent bag, exactly what I wanted , a bit bigger and heavier but fits on the bike easily.

I ordered the clip on inner tent for my drive away awning at 4pm, and it was delivered by lunchtime the following day. Great service as always

Got my test on time came well packed this is my 2nb kyham just love the ease of erecting it plus great quality
