Wow to that previous reply!! I’m speechless! That is exactly why you should not purchase from this company. The reply is complete lies. They offered to return the tent after seeing pictures of the hole but we obviously had to wait almost a week for dry weather to be able to get the pictures for them. Awaiting collection today. I am actually so shocked by that reply. I have not been rude at all. The communications were ongoing over a 2 week period and not one night! Wow. Just wow!

Fantastic price and Fantastic delivery.

Dispatched and received all within a week of ordering. Now we have gone away for the weekend and we are love the AirTek pro 8. The vista doors really are a game changer. I would advise anyone to go for the bundle. Very easy to put up and layout great for our family of 6. Keep up the good work!!

We bought the sunshade with sides to fit on our VW T4 and used it for the first time at the weekend. I put it up Friday, it was a bit windy Saturday and when we came back to the van it had collapsed. It had moved in the rails and subsequently pulled the poles over. When I put it up again, I pegged the sides straight down and not at a slight angle and this seemed to be better. The sides flap against the poles a lot and the zip that attach the sides to the top can come undone.
I think it’s going to take a few attempts to perfect how to put it up.

Great products and excellent communicationd

Not a good tent when received. The inner tent was fitted the wrong way around. Back to front. Poles not fitted correctly and damage from the poles when packed.

The tent itself is brilliant, and now I’ve had a cpl of practice set ups, i can have it out the bag and fully set up in under 5 mins.
It’s handy coz it’s all one piece, rather than searching for poles and feeding them through etc.
I bought this for biking, weekends away etc, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
Not the smallest of tents once folded, but very spacious inside, I’m 6’ and I have plenty of headroom once laying down which is unusual.

Tent was not up to the standard expected from kyam or the price label. Have had to send it back and still yet to receive my refund.

The customer service is outstanding. An item was missing from our order and they informed us and tried to resolve the issue with no extra cost to us. Great service .

Seems to be a good product. However, the wheels on the bag are no good, there is a hole in the bag from first use as the wheels do not provide support for the bag at 50kg. The design is insufficent and we were lucky that the tent itself did not rip.
I would recomend that the base includes a telscopic transport system to improve the product.

Purchased the Loctek Igloo Mark 3, on delivery there was a fault with it so Khyam collected it the next day and delivered a replacement all in less than a week.
Brilliant service and tent.
My third Khyam tent in 20 years, I’ve bought this one for motorcycle touring in Europe as I wanted the quick set up after a long day riding.
