The ring I ordered was made and delivered in a timely matter. The ring was as beautiful as I imagined. I am extremely happy with my choice to choose Keyzar to craft the ring my finance will wear for the rest of our life.

I researched many jewelers when I began my search for an engagement ring upgrade, and I’m so glad I found Keyzar. I ultimately chose a lab-grown diamond set in the Lindsay with a euro shank, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The ring looks absolutely phenomenal, and the craftsmanship is truly top-notch.

I reached out to Keyzar’s customer service several times throughout the process and always received quick, helpful responses. The team genuinely cares and makes you feel supported every step of the way in finding the “perfect” ring. I highly recommend them!

There were so many options, it was hard to choose from. I like how it gave options to match the wedding band with. The ring was sent in less than 3 weeks which was really nice because I wanted it by Valentine’s Day. Checking out was easy and simple. My fiancé loves it. (She’s the one that designed it). But overall I had a really great experience with Keyzar and the customer service is great

Very Good service, very kind and honor new promotions! I entered a code for 10 percent but then a valentines promo came out for 20 percent the next day and I called them to see if they would honor the 20 percent and they did saving me an extra 250 dollars. I’m very greatful and had a wonderful experience. The ring came in an amazing box and my fiance was very happy with it! Couldn’t have asked for better especially at this price point! Amazing!

Received a full refund for a ring in a very timely manner. The only complaint I have about this jeweler is that the gold is thin on my engagement ring. I purchased 18 k white gold and know the gold won’t be suitable for long term wear. The prongs are very nice and the diamonds are well done and sturdy. Everything about this jeweler I like except the thin gold but I also paid a very reasonable price for the ring so it should be expected.

It looks terrific! And fits perfectly. I’m very happy with the beauty and accuracy of my order. I have yet to get it appraised but it came with IGI certifications and that puts me at ease.

The whole customization process was simple to work through and had plenty of options. I made a mistake with my order, selecting the wrong band material, and customer service replied within the hour to make the change before it was sent off to be constructed!

Easy process, great price, fast shipping

Keyzar was fantastic for purchasing my Engagement ring. I love their designs to begin, then I placed an order. I had a trip planned beforehand and reached out to their team to see if we could make it happen in time. They respond quickly and made it days before our trip. All while the ring still looks fantastic and with great detail.

I got the Dianne ring with a 1.5 E, IF radiant diamond to go along with it and am genuinely surprised at how damn good it looks. I was under the impression with the images on the website that they may be taken under way better than average conditions and the ring wouldn't look as good in person (or just simply different), but when this thing arrived, it was so much better than the pictures. Genuinely surprised at how easy and perfect the whole process was, from choosing the ring to receiving it.

My experience was amazing, I was able to build my girlfriend’s dream ring. I figured it would have took more than a month considering I live on the complete opposite side of the country from the main location, anyways, I got anxious after 2 weeks and emailed about it, that exact night, it was shown it shipped and I received it that next day, like 14-16 hours from start ship time, insane. Very reliable, comes with all paperwork of the ring, showing it’s legit, I would 100% use Keyzar, if you have any doubt or questions email them and they’ll help you out.
