Beautiful ring, very well crafted. Customer support responded quickly to questions. Received ring almost 2 weeks before expected which was great given the short time frame I was in.

Website is super easy to use. I love that I was able to customize my ring to exactly what I wanted and also pick out my favorite stone as well. The extras you can add make my ring unique, not like any other in the world.

Overall easy to use and the ring came out great. The only critique I have is the weeks in between placing the order and receiving the delivery was very quiet. This is nitpicking but 3-4 weeks without an update makes you a little nervous.

I had an absolutely spectacular experience with Keyzar Jewelry. I placed my order on April 17th and received my ring by May 5th, which was much quicker than I expected for such a beautiful custom piece. The overnight shipping was an amazing bonus!

I had a really great experience with Keyzar Jewelry getting a wedding ring set for my wife for our 10 year anniversary and her masters graduation. The whole process felt smooth and easy, and they were great to work with. What impressed me most was how fast everything moved. They actually finished and shipped the rings earlier than they anticipated, which was a nice surprise.

When the set arrived, it looked even better in person. You can tell they really care about the details, and that meant a lot for something this important. Overall, I’m really happy I chose Keyzar and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something special.

The ring came out perfect, And well before it was expected to arrive. I talked to a gentlemen on the phone who works at the store and he was very professional and well spoken.

I am absolutely obsessed with my ring! When I first received it, it was too small. Keyzar sent me a return shipping label, resized the ring for free, and sent it back way quicker than I was expecting! Now it fits perfectly and I am in love with it!

UPDATE——-
The team reached out to me and made things right. Without getting too into details, I ultimately ended up speaking with the owner who personally oversaw the fixing of my ring. He took time in explaining technical details related to my ring which is helpful from a consumer point of view. Their warranty stands, however there is a fee for specific things not covered by warranty. I believe if their website were more transparent and upfront about these policies it would lead to improved customer satisfaction.

DO NOT TRUST THE “LIFETIME WARRANTY.” The ring I bought last year had a small diamond fall out and they want to charge me fees to have it repaired! That is not what warranty means! Do NOT shop with confidence!

The company responded to my emails right away. I was nervous because it’s scary buying online. But the ring came on time (it takes a bit of time but that’s because it’s custom made to order) and the ring is absolutely beautiful. I am so beyond happy with my ring.

The size looks very small , not very glamorous.

I am absolutely obsessed! I have the Lindsey ring with an oval 3.06-carat stone in a size 5. The pictures and videos I've seen on Instagram and the web page don’t do it justice—it’s stunning, classy, and carries a touch of vintage elegance; it’s perfection! Receiving it in about two weeks, even faster than anticipated, made it all the more exciting. I can't help but admire it, and the compliments keep pouring in! the staff was also very responsive with answering questions.
