Very happy with the setting only purchase, was a fair price and my jeweler commented on the quality of the work multiple times. Ring came out stunning and received it very quickly despite it being custom sized to the stone I had.

Order was smooth and customer service was amazing. They were quick to answer questions and were able to make a last minute customization to the ring without any trouble. I proposed yesterday and my girlfriend…I mean, fiancé…hasn’t stopped smiling about the ring. 10/10 would recommend!

This is my second time ordering from Keyzar. They are simply amazing. I saw a wedding band that I loved but didn't know how it would look with my engagement ring, also from there, so I got connected to someone and they were so helpful! 100% recommended to anyone looking for their forever rings.

Worst Heart Attack of my Life

I came across Keyzar and had the pleasure to be helped in finding the perfect ring. I took note in the exceptional customer service I had letting me know this was a place I can see myself buying the ring.

Placed the order for the ring I believed my girlfriend at the time (now fiancee) would love. Ring comes in on time but unfortunately missed a crucial component in what I had hoped the ring to have. I believe this was on my end by missing the button out of excitement, but quickly inquired on getting the adjustment. Taking that I had planned ahead of such, the maximum turn around time I was given was 3 weeks. This is where the experience turned downhill.

Once sending off the ring, I did not receive any confirmation the ring was received and in progress. I called and was told that they had possession of the ring extinguishing that slight sense of panic. I was told the expected delivery date will be June 20th and they will fix the emailing system to ensure that I will be updated of anything. My proposal date was set for June 27th, cutting it close but I knew Keyzar can pull through. June 19 comes and I try calling to confirm if my ring is still set to ship, but I forgot that this is a new holiday so unfortunately they were closed. Full faith I still believed it will come in the following day. But the day passes with no delivery and I send an inquiry to the support team of the missed delivery date. They reply the following day stating my delivery date is actually July 20th, and they apologize for any confusion.

I call and inquire with an agent, and they tell me there is nothing they can do to push the request for an earlier date. They are also unable to give the original ring back as they have already started the process. They advised to call back tomorrow and once they consult with their coworkers on options. I call back and they deliver the bad news. I quickly tell them to issue the refund, as much as I loved the ring I did not want to push this proposal date back.

I bought another ring from a local jeweler the following day to which the order will be ready to pick up the 24th.

I also receive an email from Keyzar support from "Dana" stating that they were able to update the delivery date to the 24th as well. Relieved but now in a conundrum of having two engagement rings.

End of the day, I proposed with the ring I fell in love with and decided to keep the Keyzar ring. I told my fiancee of the other ring as well, but she loved the ring so much she didn't even want to see the 2nd ring.

Although I got the ring that I loved, I also had to have the worst heart attack of my life to get it.

The process of selecting a diamond and setting was very intuitive. Features of the diamond and ring were easy to compare and the ring was produced and shipped incredibly fast. Once shipped, the package moved swiftly from NY to NM and the packaging was beautiful. We do need a resize, and are hoping that process is as simple as ordering, but we’ve been very pleased so far.

I’m incredibly disappointed by lack of response from customer service. I’ve already sent my ring in twice because of oxidation, all they do is clean it and send it back and it oxidizes again. I’ve called and left numerous messages and no one returns my call. I’ve asked for the band to be soldered to the ring so that it’s not constantly spinning and backwards and they refuse. I would not recommend this company!

Ordered the Lindsey on June 6th, and it arrived on June 25th. Ring looks fantastic, fiancé loves it, and tons of compliments. I was suspicious about ordering online and honestly went out on a limb because I liked this style. Overall, it’s legit and the ring looks identical to what is displayed online. 10/10 recommend to others.
