I was recommended to use Key Conveyancing by my estate agent. I have moved a few times but this was by far the best solicitor I have used. Inaya would always answer my emails quickly and keep me up to date with what was going on. Really impressed. They made a stressful time easy for me, I also got 3 quotes and they were the cheapest too.

I never give negative reviews as things can happen beyond someones control, if this is the case it should be quickly passed onto the relevant parties, you shouldn't have to chase every hour for an answer and eventually get the keys on day 2 at 15:30! I also felt I was fobed off when my case handler was busy with basic information and no return call. I only felt I was listened to when a manager got involved. I am also out of pocket as I had to pay my movers for another day and as yet have not heard who will compensate me, to say nothing of thr stress to me. This lack of communication was not only evident on moving day 1 & 2 but also in the weeks up to completion when we were trying to sort dates. This was the Bedford office

My family has used Key Conveyancing numerous times. On each occasion, the conveyancers, along with reception staff, were always polite and helpful, along with answering queries very promptly.

The last sale proved somewhat challenging for the staff handling the sale and us, to the point of sheer frustration due to the buyer's protracted nature!

Lydia, in particular, who was dealing with our sale, was at the helm to keep me calm, as I came very close to pulling out of the sale.

I am pleased to say the sale eventually concluded at the beginning of May. The professionalism that Lydia & Eleanor brought to the table handling our sale was second to none, in particular, Lydia, who had to deal with my rather colourful language on one occasion. Thankfully, she was very understanding given the situation. (I would not recommend using bad language) ;o)

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Key Conveyancing, and Olivia in particular. The comparison to selling my old house using someone else, and a few months later buying my new house, and Olivia handling everything was like chalk and cheese. Not because the other Conveyancing company and Conveyancer was bad, they weren’t, but because Olivia is exceptional. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but not with Olivia. She’s proactive and is a great communicator, and she’s on top of everything all of the time.
