Unacceptable Service – No Authorization Given, No Accountability
This entire experience has been a complete disaster. I called ONLY to get a quote, and without any approval from me, I received a text saying a technician was on the way. I did NOT authorize any service, and I will absolutely NOT be paying for mileage or a tech visit I never requested.
What’s worse is the absolute runaround I’ve gotten trying to resolve this. I’ve called over 7 times. Most of the time, someone picks up and immediately hangs up. The two people who did bother to speak to me put me on hold and then disconnected the call completely. Unbelievable.
This is unprofessional, borderline scammy, and beyond frustrating. Someone needs to call or email me back TODAY. I’m not letting this go until I get a resolution. Either fix this or expect this review to go even further.
