I'm writing this specific review for Nick from Keukenconcurrent Villa Arena in Amsterdam. In all the interactions I had with him, Nick showcased outstanding customer service and professionalism. Particularly, when it came the time to solve some scheduling problems I had, Nick did everything he could to make sure my technical appointment occurred in the incredibly tight time slot provided, and kept me in the loop at all times during the process (even during a Saturday). The result was a successful technical visit because of him. He has also showcased himself to be extremely knowledgeable of details regarding the installation, and has had incredible amounts of patience with me asking questions.
Thank you Nick, for being a major asset to the Keukenconcurrent team and for your kindness.

They just limit themselves to see whether the design could fit and whether you can commit to buy at the first visit.
If the team had seen that the design was off some milimeters, they could have advice me to plaster a little bit more and I would have had no future issues. If the team would have not been limited to the catalog, I would have not lost 3-4 centimeters of cabinet.
However, the design team is very willing and proficient but again limited to standard products and current measurements. Thank you again.
What is not up to standard is the installation team. Not very keen to having a non-dutch speaking customer. I did ask questions and made comments to both understand and help how they were installing MY kitchen and they replied with "let me do my job , I have 18 years of experience" amongst other things. I ended up having an argument with the installer that was installing MY kitchen. From then on it went completely downhill. They left some edges without caulking just because they did not have the right caulking and because in their words "they are not a painting company". On that note, I will have to repaint the ceiling due to the marks they have left. No mention on that from them though. Happy they are gone now, although unfortunately they will need to come back as there were some broken pieces that need replacing.
Fingers crossed for next time.
UPDATE: The customer service has reached out to me (by phone and later with a follow-up email) and they are working on a solution. They were very open, friendly and attentive. I hope it will be fixed shortly.

I ordered a kitchen and i agreed to place it myself, I have my central heating boiler installed in 2 of the kitchen cabinets,
So i agreed to modify the 2 cabinets to fit the boiler (worst solution ever) after the order i got a mail that the cabinets i needed where not available in that size because of the handgrips on the doors. So they offered me some other cabinets, i needed to adjust the width in order to fit my maximum space, because the kitchen is enclosed.
Luckily i have good tools so the cabinets fit now but they offered some cabinet doors in the right size as warranty. 6 months after delivery i still have no doors on that cabinet, they say they tried calling me but i never had a call. Now i got a mail that i need to pay 120+100 euro's extra for 2 doors without hardware.
First and last time, Mandemakers/Keukenconcurrent

Our advisor was Soraya Visser from Keukenconcurrent Zaandam. We are extremely happy that we have chosen your company for our new kitchen. After we had many problems with our previous kitchen from Keuken Kampioen and were threated very bad Brugman Zaandam we found our place at Keukenconcurrent.
Soraya took into consideration all our wishes and in the same time found the balance to give us some pretty good advises. You should be very happy with her being part of your team. The kitchen is exactly as we have imagined.
Delivery was on time and the courier explained us everything in detail. The montage was delayed with a day because of a sick monteur but they found a replacement for the day after.
Overall, Keukenconcurrent deserves a big 10!

Van begin tot eind van de levering is alles prima verlopen. Qua montage is een deurtje niet helemaal goed geplaatst maar daar maak ik een afspraak voor.

Hello,
We ordered a kitchen with Keukenconcurrent clearly indicating week 51 in the contract during COVID times. We explained by then that the delivery date was crucial as we will hire construction company for this time.
Recently, they contacted us that they are going to delay the delivery. For one week we cannot receive response, plus they have stopped answering our calls, which is frustrating.
We have to move out from current apartment without perspective on when we will be able to have our kitchen, not mentioning Christmas plans that we will have to change.
Update one week later.
Same situation, they confirmed us the delay cannot be fixed and they would contact us to find with some sort of solution. No communication received, days pass and the issue is still the same.

I can’t recommend Kitchen Concurrent unless they fix the problems with our kitchen.
We bought our kitchen about 3 months ago, and the assembly was on 12/Nov (already about 10 weeks of waiting when their website says they deliver within 4 week).
Not only it was missing 1 cabinet (they brought one with the wrong color), but there was also an issue with the dishwasher and the counter was measured wrong by them and looked very bad.
Without the cabinet we can’t install the exhaustion fan and if we cook something, all the smoke and fat will go to the wall. Because the counter was wrong they did not fix it properly so now we have a safety risk for our dogs and kids in our house.
The date for replacement they’ve given us is 24/Dec (!!!) which is completely unacceptable! Not only we have to wait an additional 45 days but they want to come on Christmas Eve!
I called several times and they were very unhelpful on the phone blaming COVID for the delay on fixing this issue.
Well there wouldn’t be an issue in the first place if they had a quality service. Now they are proposing a date to complete the job which is completely unreasonable.

Getting the kitchen was a very uneasy experience. Many of the topics were not told to us, and the delivery date far later then expected.
to put a cherry on top, it seems they provided the wrong induction configuration, but are doing nothing to solve this. Any call/communication with their customer service is horrible and they take ages to reply.

Where should i start? The guys at store was very friendly, the kitchen was designed as I expected (.)The day of the delivery arrived, it was early in the morning and because I live on the back side of the building the movers didnt want to bring the kitchen upstairs, and I paid for delivery and assembling around 1000 euros. I had to help them to bring the kitchen and the guys that were working for me at that time plus the guys working in my house helped also. The instalations guys didnt check one plug and my stove wasnt working for 2 months until i got an appointment with indesit, now they are claiming that i have to pay 180 euros because the plug wasnt right, and i confronted them saying that i paid 1000 euros to bring the kitchen upstairs and they didnt do it. The kitchen can be slightly cheaper than other places but customer service is 0, they want you to pay for everything, so be careful if you choose them, I dont recoment this company at all. Even the cover for one plug they didnt put it on, claiming it wasnt they job to do it.

Last week, our kitchen was delivered after waiting for 3 months, which is understood due to the Corona crisis.
A day before the installation of the kitchen, the people who delivered the kitchen checked and found everything to be in good order and the installation of the kitchen can go through smoothly.
A day later, the kitchen installer came, and said that due to an old heater that is on the floor, he will not be able to complete the installation of the dishwasher, and we need to find a plumber that can carry out the removal of the old heater so that he will be able to proceed with the installation.
After looking unsuccessfully for a plumber, I have contacted the customer service, just to hear that "there is nothing we can do for you, only the store can help"
Since I already had bad experience with the store, asking them to call back for help and they don't call back, I insisted that the customer service will get a hold of the store.
The sales person from the showroom called me, and said that he will look for a solution and update me ASAP.
After waiting for a few hours, I called the showroom again, asked to speak with the sales person, and his colleague told me that I cannot speak to him, so I went to the showroom in the middle of my work day to hear what will be the solution.
The salesperson promised to give me a call back within 2 hours, even though he gave me his word, it never happened.
4 Hours later, I called the customer service again, the representative told me that she tried to reach out to the sales person, but he is too busy selling kitchens to new customers.
A day later, the same kitchen installer came back, turns out he is also a plumber, so he fixed the problems that he wasn't able to fix 3 days before, and they weren't problems 4 days before. Had to pay him extra 215 for the service.
After he finished with the installation, I have found out that there is a gap in the background of the kitchen, even though we ordered it to be in the same measures of the tiles we had before, so that it will fully cover the tiles.
I remember clearly, that the sales person told us that the background will be cut to measure and there will be no extras from it, but it wasn't the case, and we have quite a significant gap between our background and the wall, as the background goes quite higher than the tiles themselves.
We have reached out to the sales person again, and got the answer below:
"This gap is because of the existing tiles this gap is there. The height of the background is made on the minimum size of the exhaust hood or it should be lower than this. The exhaust hood can't be placed lower.
In the very beginning I advised you to take off the tiles but you didn't want to do this because of the work.
For this we don't have a solution because the existing tiles are there."
1. This was not what we discussed
2. Even if it was, for a company that got so much money from us, and that is supposed to provide good service and warranty. we expected a better solution than "we don't have a solution".
This entire situation is very frustrating, because we paid a lot of money, and we gave our trust for a person and a company who doesn't worth our trust nor our money.
We haven't asked for any free extra, just to have the job completed as we initially discussed, but with KeukenConcurrent it doesn't seem to be possible.
Too bad for us.

Went to Keuken Concurrent, Megastores Den Haag, for advise and we ended buying an entire new kitchen.
A big thanks to all involved, since the reception, order, design and delivery. All went as planned.
A special thanks to Daniel for the patience and advise.
