Awful company, incompetent and unprofessional. I would warn anybody no to use them. I will escalate my complaint.

having used kenway on 2 occasions I had problems this time with damp from a leak in my boiler after such excellent experiences obviously this was the company to use.
as before they surveyed my property and gave a full report.
The work was carried out in 2 days relaying floor in 2 rooms and damp proofing.
they arrived on time and finished on time as always very helpful workers polite and very clean and tidy.
Mike who I knew from previous times was his usual very excellent worker together with Richard who I saw for the first time was exactly the same one other worker came for a short while whose name I did not get but equally very good at his job.
I will always recommend Kenway one of the best company I have dealt with thanks to all Stan Davis

Guttering is still dirty and leaking the day after they left. Didn't remove moss from rear extension roof or remove vegetation as per what was discussed. No response to multiple emails and images. Not sure what I paid (a premium price) for!
Also found out that previous damp work they had done for me last month would require rendering and painting to remove the big stains on the front of my house! Would have been useful to know when I asked previously. Very disappointed.

Awful. Don't get back to a lot of correspondence and admin team (who never give their name) promise someone will get back to you and no one ever does. They are very wary about responding to emails, so as to cover themselves and avoid being taken to court. Please do not use this company, complete rip-off.
