Beautifully crafted hoes
Received our order of beautifully crafted Kent & Stowe Stainless Steel Long Handled Dutch Hoe & Stainless Steel Oscillating Hoe. Both items do a great job but especially the oscillating hoe as no weed will escape!

Well designed garden tools
My order was delivered very promptly.
The garden tools were all very well made & perfect for the jobs they were designed for. I particularly liked the adjustable shears which enable one hand working.
Very sharp. Makes light work of trimming shrubs.

Excellent hand tools
Excellent company, lovely high quality tools. I bought both adult and child size hand tools. I particularly love that the kids tool sets are of the same high quality as the adult ones - excellent value for money when you have a preschooler who helps in the garden almost every day. My only complaint is that I just wish you had a delivery option other than Evri! I'm happy to pay extra to have my parcels delivered by a more reputable courier.

I bought a galvanised steel watering…
I bought a galvanised steel watering can that comes with a five year guarantee as a present for my partner. After two years the base has hole in it through rust after contacting the customer service department I was told because I use a water butt with rain water the guarantee is not offered. Very disappointed given the price of the watering can.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Kent & Stowe Watering Can.
After reviewing the information and photographs provided, we found the corrosion visible was consistent with deterioration that can occur over time in galvanised steel products during normal use, rather than a manufacturing fault.
We would also like to clarify that this watering can is not supplied with a 5-year guarantee. Manufacturing faults are covered by a standard 12 month manufacturer's warranty, however the watering can was over two years old at the time of claim.
During our correspondence, we provided information about factors that can contribute to corrosion in galvanised steel, including prolonged exposure to moisture and the use of collected rainwater. This information was intended to explain the assessment of the product and was not the reason the claim was declined.
We appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for and are sorry for the disappointment caused.

Outstanding Warranty Support From Kent & Stowe
I recently had my carbon steel digging spade snap where the handle meets the socket, so I contacted Kent & Stowe with my proof of purchase and a few photos to check whether it was covered under their 10‑year warranty. I wasn’t expecting much — maybe a generic reply at best.
Instead, within ten minutes a real person responded, reassured me that the claim was fully covered, and issued vouchers for the full value of the spade at its current listing price, plus a postage voucher. It couldn’t have been smoother.
I’m genuinely glad I chose Kent & Stowe for all my gardening tools. Up until now I’ve never needed to use the warranty, but after this experience I feel completely confident that if anything ever goes wrong, I’ll be looked after by a company that truly stands behind its products and its warranty.
Brilliant service — replacement spade already ordered and on its way.
