beware of fraud

Kendall Toyota Anchorage is by far the most corrupt, unethical and fraudulent dealer we have ever dealt with. I recently purchased a new 2026 sequoia and agreed reluctantly to pay the MSRP value (which was $12,000 more than the same vehicle in Washington out Idaho State). I agreed to this as I was trading in a 4runner that I purchased new at Kendall with very low miles for the low blue book value of 39,444 which Kendall GAVE me in writing prior to driving to Anchorage. The manager knew I had to drive 6 hours to get to the dealer and made me wait an hour while he tried to find a reason to reduce the 39,444 number for my trade in.. and he did So not only did I pay $12,000 more that another Toyota dealer in the lower 48 as he offered me 30,000 since he said the paint needs a little buffing. Ive been ripped off and patronised for the last time at Kendall. Ive purchased over 200 Toyotas for my business and personal use. I will not be buying any more toyotas and certainly not dealing with Kendall again. Basically they stole $20,000 from us.I had no alternative place to purchase this car in a short time period since they are a monopoly. They decided to extort money from me.

The 4unner is now for sale for $45,000 on their site and has already an offer on it….

This manager Mojo Giron is a criminal and should be terminated from his position as he has completely alienated me and my family from EVER EVER purchasing or servicing our vehicle at a Kendall Toyota. His demeanor is horrible and is an extremely unethical person.

Buyer beware stay away from this Monopoly and purchase your car from Washington or Idaho, this was the worst car buying experience we ever experienced.

Kendall really needs to lose this exclusive license in Alaska.

RAV4 - Reindeer Activated Vehicle 4

Our Toyotas - are the finest vehicles we've ever had - they're 'Alaska Tough'. In our case, we have two hybrids - a Highlander, and a RAV4. These are solid, well-built, highly drivable, practical, and reliable cars. We drive them through all manner of very 'Alaskan-conditions' - blowing and drifting snow, ice, heavy rain, and winds. . . and days of calm, extraordinary beauty. I'm increasingly less surprised as various people will approach me to ask about my car and experiences with maintenance. Happily, I respond that the support is the very best I've ever experienced - it matches the beauty of the autos themselves. I've driven all manner of cars, trucks, and tractors since my youth more than 50 years ago, these 21st century Toyotas are at the top! The Reindeer Activated Vehicle 4 (RAV4) Hybrid is powered by two unique engines - I've learned that one reindeer equals 55 horses. What a great car!!

Toyota Dealers are corrupt!

These Toyota Dealers are corrupt, they are assaulting their own regular customers, they do not care or respect who you are, they are taking advantage of the economic crisis and are competing with any nameless dealers who abuse customers with prices. I made the complaint to the Toyota headquarters and they did not take the required importance. Today there is no respect or trust in Toyota dealers, they want to steal your money no matter what, they put any salesperson and they steal from you. On July 8, 2022 I bought a 2022 Tacoma with a price according to the MSRP of $35,217.00 the seller wanted to sell me the truck for $42,000.00 dollars, in the end he invoiced me for almost $39k. Be very careful when coming to buy from this dealer. Really bad costumer services, they are not training to care business with excellence they make us sign paper without professionalism and attention to explain all necessary important details.
