We had an old back boiler removed and a brand new combi-boiler fitted. The job was such an upheaval for my elderly father that we just left the property for a few days and the team carried out their extensive work in a considerate manner and left the house looking great upon our return. We have used KDE for other projects and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to new customers. Excellent service.

Luke arrived when expected, diagnosed the potential issues quickly and set about the required repairs.

Rang in the morning as we had boiler problems - no hot water or heating.We were told an engineer would visit between 12 & 4 same day - he arrived at 2pm. The engineer was very respectful & polite - explained what he had done & was very reassuring. A real credit to the company !

Job was to fit 2 led ceiling fans & I led light fitment . As I have a vaulted ceiling where the biggest fan was to be fitted, it required some adjustment to normal fitting as had to be fitted on a central beam, but the lads did an excellent job in finding a workable solution. They worked tidily & with respect of their surroundings. They were extremely pleasant & had a great sense of humour which always helps. Would definitely recommend.

The installation work was excellent.
There was a mixup between the helpdesk and the technician when booking the appointment, resulting in a reschedule, but otherwise, everything was really good.

Used KDE many times, this visit was just an annual boiler service. Phoned up and got a very prompt appointment given it was a routine visit (actually the next day), engineer arrived mid morning, he was polite, professional and pleasant. Carried out service as expected no issues.

I found water running in my airing and hot water tank cupboard when I got up that morning. It was coming from the stop tap. I turned the tap off and stopped the water flow. After which I rang KDE about 8.15 am. They told me that someone would come at around 10.00.am. Their workman, John McCubbin arrived about 10.15 and was able to fix the tap within half an hour. I was very grateful that KDE were able to send someone out so promptly. I have found on previous occasions, that they will always send someone and that they always do a good job.

All jobs completed in time despite a delay in starting item 3. We were impressed with the efficiency of all jobs and level of protection to floor coverings and surrounding furnishings

KDE were able to provide support at short notice when I had no heating or hot water and the service provided by the engineer was excellent. He took care with the boiler repairs, working methodically and kept me updated concerning problems as they were discovered. They repeatedly went to collect additional parts, including possible options, but only used those needed. The job took all day but they kept going until the system was functional again - negotiating with other customers who had been booked to rearrange things to suit everyone.

Our boiler was condemned. KDE arranged for an estimator to come out the following day and the quote followed soon after. The price was competitive and included everything we’d discussed on site to future proof the system as much as possible. Install was 2 days later. The gas engineer kept us informed during the work and we now have a warm house again. Thank you KDE team.

Exceptional service, extremely professional, polite and friendly. Problems were dealt with efficiently and corrected without any complication. The two plumbers went out of their way to help and explain what needed to be done, and gave me complete confidence in their skill, knowledge and ability. I would definitely use this company again.

I have used kde twice , they are on time , courteous fast and professional. both times they were a great bunch of lads would highly recommend .

Not all jobs go according to plan but fair play to KDE they persevered and thanks to a good team, the net result was positive. Credit to Paul who went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to the business. Sensible approach adopted by the company and I can't fault them for their handling of this particular project. Highly recommend.

Engineer was prompt and courteous. He was very- helpful and explained the issues and remedies succinctly. Made the attendance on site very simple and quick. Great Service Highly Recommended.

Have KDE each year to service the boiler! Really good service and lads and they give great advise. First time Iv had a problem with them getting here on time but rectified real quick and a good was done as usual
