Sadly, our last dog died while he was still only a puppy, leaving us heartbroken and facing some very large veterinary bills. Throughout such an upsetting time, Kennel Club Pet Insurance were absolutely excellent. They dealt with everything without fuss, hesitation or unnecessary questioning, which took a great deal of worry off our shoulders.
You never truly know how good an insurance company is until you need to make a serious claim. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kennel Club Pet Insurance. Their handling of our claim was compassionate, straightforward and professional when we needed their support the most.
