Fantastic customer service! Thank you!

I bought a plush toy Capybara. It was a decent quality toy. The shipping took a long time but overall I was happy.

The customer service at Kawaiies is excellent. I had an issue with my order, I put in my address wrong and didn't catch it, when I did, I reached out and they immediately emailed back and fixed the problem. I was worried it might be impossible to fix, but they were great and took care of everything. Thank you! I can't wait to see what I ordered :)

I ordered two kimono shirts at more than fair prices, so was a little skeptical at first. But they arrived exactly as shown, quite real and exceptionally nice!
Updates were sent to me at every step of the process (packed/shipped, arrived at courier, out for delivery), and any questions I had were answered quick and clearly. The responses were very genuine and written out by a person, rather than a FAQ algorithm. Will for sure shop again!

Ordered a building set for my wife's birthday and received the wrong set. Sent an email out right away to get the situation fixed and mailed back and forth with Zoey who said they would send me the proper set right away. Flash forward to two weeks later and I get my second package and low and behold, it's the exact same wrong set. Once again send out an email to try and fix it again and no response for a week now. Very frustrating and disappointing 😞.

Was sent a faulty product and customer service gave me the run around and then ghosted me when I complained. Fabric sown together in the wrong direction making the plushie rough. Was also sent the wrong size.

Edit - They only respond after a negative review to blame and gaslight. “Natural variation” is a funny way to excuse poor product construction. The low quality makes the plushie unsuitable for texture sensitive people.

At this point I’ve bought a replacement from a competitor with no issues or “natural variations”.

Poor customer service; I was having major issues with my order where half of it was missing and not only was the service not helpful; I paid a lot for my order and was it really worth it no because I only got half and I really wanted the other one I ordered and no one has gotten back to my for three days since I last talked to them on Tuesday....wow how sadly disappointing

Ok so I have to change my update and I see with the criminal investigation but I really don't have time to go through it. I have no issues with other companies usually when I order with my orders or the process is different so I will do so with other companies I have had better experience.

This is a drop shipping website! Most, if not all, of the plushies etc on here can be bought for much cheaper on Temu or Aliexpress!

Bought a large whale a while ago before discovering if was over half the price on Aliexpress!

If you're reading this, please go buy from the sources instead and save yourself money!

Received a t-shirt, that was SO cheaply made. The iron on “Sakura blossom” was pure plastic and I asked for a refund, which seemed like a hassle to them. I don’t recommend the the shirts. Customer service was helpful, but again disappointed in the quality.

The actual products I received were fine and reasonable quality, though the shipping time was long. However, I recently realized that most if not all of the products on their website are just drop shipped. Go to AliExpress and you'll see the same exact products for half the price (or even less) and even the same advertising pictures a lot of the time- with the same long shipping times. Save yourself the money.

The plushies are so cute and soft. Good quality! It‘s not different from the pictures on the website. Love it!

I just love the products I can't help it. The shipping time is very good as well. I never had to wait long for my plushies to arrive

I was unable to track my parcel due to a spelling mistake
Contacted them and they solved my problem the next day (on a sunday)

Something different and my family loved all the bits we got.

I ordered the cutest lunch boxes from this company for my cousin's granddaughters they were simply adorable❤. I live in the US it only took business 15 days to get to me, they were packaged well no damage, the items were made very well, very colorful the insulation on the inside of the lunch boxes was great. I recommend this company, the prices are fair, I'll be ordering from them again, this is why I rated them a five star

What a fine quality products they make and they are cheap too...and the costumer care response is brilliant...I am blown away by how quick they are with getting an issue resolved...their efficiency is 11/10....and I plan on buying even more for Kawaiies

I got a couple of plushies. The half dolphin half cat and the octopus. They came in pretty quickly. They are both great quality. Feels really soft. I have had them for over a month by now.

My wife loves the plushies I gifted her from Kawaiies.com. There was a slight delay in getting the package since we live in the U.S. but Zoey from customer service kept in touch with me the entire time and assured a safe delivery. Best customer support I have ever experienced! I will be buying more Kawaii plushies in the future.

Loved the product, everything came exactly as described and will be ordering more in the future! The only drawback is that shipping was a little slow, so keep in mind if ordering anything for gifts.

Quick delivery and my plushie and hoodie were even better in person. Can’t wait to order from here again!
