Am really disappointed with this company.. It's not the first time am buying from them but what I bought last I never received and the company supported the seller even when PayPal has refunded me the money they keep insisting that I return the money back.. And this will be the last purchase I will be making from this website.

Please tell me how much meaningful time I have to wait until I contact to police or to the lawyer. You, as a platform, should have a right to solve this kind of problems without waiting for the seller, when the seller is cheater and tries to thiefe.

Poor customer service
Kaufland failed to deliver the item at the curbeside. They charged me extra for the delivery but later asked me to pick-up the product from the nearest DHL store which cost me €20. The customer care team is extremely pathetic, they did not care to listen to my request and kept telling me that I shall pick-up the product and the pick-up is free of cost. They thought am a fool who had already paid an extra delivery charges but Kaufland failed to commit their delivery promise and I paid extra for the pick-up.

Beware of the free shipping on bulky…
Beware of the free shipping on bulky goods. Cheap is expensive. They will deliver the bulky goods and leave them outside and you either have to carry them up yourself or pay someone to do it. For a big company like this they should have a more commited professional courier service like otto. Its better to pay more and have the best service.

Furthermore, the man at the Paketshop handed the packet to me upside down, even though "KEEP UPRIGHT" was written on it, and I only noticed it when I arrived home.
