SCAM
SCAM - Was kindly gifted a bag however, this was not quite big enough for my work equipment which is what I wanted to use it for. I went into store and they required a bank statement in order for me return it. So I came back with this, they then informed me due to the item being in the sale, it only has a 7 day return policy. Crazy! They will therefore, not refund or replace the item. Stay away very bad customer service.

I bought 2 jewellery rolls from John Lewis. When they arrived I was really pleased with them. They looked lovely and well made and then in opened them up. I gagged with the fishy smell on the material. I don’t know if it was the glue they use or whatever but it is horrible. One of them was for a present for a friend but I don’t think I am going to give it to her. I have been using febreze on them but can still smell it. This puts me off buying from Katie Loxton.
Shocking Customer Service
Ordered a Weekend Bag for my fiancee for Christmas, but only received the personalised gift bag. When I contacted Customer Services they tried to tell me the bag had been delivered, which it definitely had not been. Every other company I've dealt with would try their best to get the problem rectified, what did Katie Loxton do.....they simply offered me a refund, leaving me no time to find a suitable replacement. It really felt like they didn't care, I expected a lot better.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Informed item unavailable almost a week after ordering
I ordered a few items 2 weeks before Christmas, had the order confirmed on the day I ordered. Over 4 days later, well after my order should've been shipped I got an email stating one of the items was not available. So not only will it have taken over 4 days for the other items of my order to be sent, which may now not arrive in time but also I now need to rush to find a replacement gift. Disappointing from a company I used to have a good opinion of.

I came across the brand via their photographer and I am not disappointed. The weekend bag has arrived the tag is beautiful and the quality for the money is impressive.
I have read reviews but honestly the money you pay for what I have received when I opened the box is more than I expected.
I can see me ordering them in differing colours so I can have one to compliment each travelling outfit.

So upset
So upset. I ordered 3 items, 2 being personalised. I ordered a bag to use for Paris in 4 days time. The personlized embossed ininitals look nothing like I ordered. I ordered a large size that on the website looked nice. The bag has arrived today and it looks chavy cheap and nasty. The bag itself is nice but has been ruined by being missold on the font. On the website the pink font I selected was lovely vibrant and bright, what I received is baby pink. I was hoping when I tried it on it would look better but I am now stuck with a chavy bag I can never use. I would like to know how to raise a complaint as I have been sold something that is totally different to the website and what I purchased
Quality and customer service questionable
I purchased a bag direct from Katie Loxton on 1 November 22. I noticed that the piping around the front of the bag had started to peel. As it was at the front this area hadn’t rubbed against clothing or anything else. I contacted Katie Loxton and provided a copy of my order and photographs to show the area of peeling and also the rest of the bag which is in as new condition as this bag hadn’t been used in a daily basis. Their response was that it is over one year old which it is by three weeks but this peeling clearly hasn’t happened overnight so it is worth bearing in mind if buying from KL that the quality of the bags is such that it may only last a year and they think that is acceptable. If the rest of the bag looked really well used I think I could accept that but it’s not it looks new so clearly there is an issue with the piping.
Disappointed in the quality
I made an order for the first time recently and ordered 6 bags in the Katie loxton sale as christmas presents and I'm disappointed in the quality and size. The images on the website make the bags look bigger and the material was all creased when I got them out the bag.
I won't recommend, especially at full price.

This is the first time I have ordered from Katie Loxton. I could not be any happier. The sunglasses I bought are fantastic! The quality is better than the expensive ones I have bought in the past. The service, the packaging, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company and look so forward to my next purchase. Very special.

Very disappointed with the quality of the Weekend Holdall. I bought this bag for my daughter for Christmas 2022. It looked lovely but she has only used it a few times and one of the handles has split.
The look of the bag seems much more important than quality and sustainability.
Poor Quality Personalisation
I purchased a personalised item in November 2021, no issue with the product but personalisation is poor quality and does not last. Katie Liston are not interested and say they only offer warranty for 12 months. Just want future customers to be aware that this personalisation does not last!!

Wow what customer service. A sign of a company that cares about their brand and customer satisfaction. Told customer service of a problem with my handbag and sent photographic evidence. After producing reciet they sent me an e card and today my lovely replacement bag arrived. Would also add this was done in under a week from start to finish. Thankyou

Excellent customer service and issue resolution. I received an item that unfortunately was faulty and Suzanne dealt with it quickly and efficiently with no hassle for me at all. I love their products, excellent quality (despite the faulty item on this one occasion). I would always recommend - the online purchase was easy and their products are fabulous.
