Had a problem with my Eye Cream in that the pump wasn't working. Jayne gave me some instructions but unfortunately this did not work. Jayne promptly arranged for a replacement product to be sent.

I love Kate Somerville products and have used them for a while, I ordered a product that sadly was not compatible for my skin, I emailed customer services and they could not have been more helpful, not only are the products excellent but they have a customer service side that is 5 star rated.

Great Customer Service
I ordered a product and selected the 3 day delivery option. I mistakenly chose a wrong delivery address and contacted customer services who managed to change the address for me. Not only that but the item came next day! Very happy. And love the goat milk cleanser

Emailed the company with order details explaining that one product had not been received in order, response within 3-4 hours, very polite and professional situation resolved straight away.
