Incorrect Accommodation
The course was fine, but I was charged for accommodation with better conditions than the one I actually received. It has been two months and several complaints, and I still haven’t received a refund.

According to our records, you were booked into Glassworks ensuite accommodation, which is where you were initially placed for four weeks. You then moved to Vita Student accommodation for one week. We understand that the Vita room did not meet your expectations based on what you had anticipated.
Our Customer Care team did offer you a refund for the accommodation discrepancy and reached out to discuss this matter. However, we did not receive any further communication from you at that time, which prevented us from processing the refund.

My experience was amazing! The school is in a great location, close to most of Liverpool’s main tourist attractions. The team is fantastic, especially teacher Katie — she’s the best teacher I’ve ever had in my life! Her classes are interactive and dynamic, and I made so many friends there. I’m already planning my next exchange with Kaplan in another destination ❤️
