It was very easy to place the order. A beloved uncle ribbon was left off, but was paid for. I contacted them and they refunded the money on the first contact.

I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Just Flowers. I placed an order Friday evening at 6:00 pm for a Saturday delivery, and the entire process from that moment forward was a disaster.

By late Saturday afternoon, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I logged into the website to check the status. That was my first frustration — there was no way to simply click and see shipping or delivery updates. I had to call in myself. Only then was I told, for the first time, that they couldn’t deliver it and that it would be pushed to Sunday because they “couldn’t find anyone to deliver.”

Sunday at 3:00 pm, I received yet another email saying it still couldn’t be delivered and would now arrive Monday. They apologized and said it would come with an apology from the company. I paid $25 for weekend delivery, so I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded. Their response was insulting — they offered me five dollars. Five. After failing to deliver all weekend.

I explained again that I wanted the full delivery fee refunded since nothing was delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Then on Monday, they emailed me saying it would be delivered “tomorrow.” At that point, I told them to cancel the order because delivering on Tuesday when it was supposed to arrive Saturday was ridiculous.

She wrote back saying they were sorry for the error and that it would actually be delivered Monday, and that she’d send confirmation once it was delivered. But then — thirty minutes later — I got another email saying the order had been cancelled.

This entire experience has been chaotic, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Just Flowers is obviously a company that is disorganized, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for their own failures. I am deeply disappointed and will never order from Just Flowers again.

Absolutely perfect bright spring flowers. Exceeded my expectations!

What I liked about Just Flowers, is that they confirmed my order several times and in different ways. Also they were patient, as I used my phone to talk to them, while we picked the best choice for my circumstances!

I checked many vendors to meet the Mothers Day Sunday timeline. Just Flowers offered
a guaranteed delivery of 5/10/2026 for an extra delivery charge. Total for the order was
$94.73. Flowers did not arrive on Mothers Day. They arrived at 5pm on Monday,
5/11/2026.
I attempted to contact the merchant that Monday, 5/11/2026. After many automated
voice mail prompts and a 30 minute wait on hold, I hung up. I tried again a few hours
later, went through several automated responses, waited 42 minutes, and Just Flowers
hung up on my call after the long wait. No human ever answered.

I then called to dispute the charge.

I ordered fire and ice roses for a bday and not one rose was fire and ice, not one! 90 bucks down the drain. Made the order almost a week in advance but no heads up nothing ! Won’t happen again

The selection was varied and well priced. The process was easy and the flowers were delivered on the day promised.

Easily reachable when last minute modification on delivery was needed.

They did what they said they would Do

The floral arrangement delivered was more full and more beautiful than the photo I ordered by online.

I ordered some flowers for a funeral and of course they didn't arrive on time so we had them sent to the widow and they sent an absolute piece of crap. They have a clause that says if what we want isn't available then they can choose or something to that effect. I did not realize that. I think my order was about $180 they offered to compensate me $5 then $7 then $10. I declined the offer as I found it insulting.Pissed

Ordered the "Touch of Class" arrangement for a belated
birthday gift. Later the delivery day, I was called and profusely thanked and sent photos of the flowers. It was gorgeous.

Ordered flowers at the las t minute for a funeral.
They arrived on time. I received very positive feedback from the family; the flowers were beautiful and fresh.
That made me very happy.
They even called the funeral home to determine the best time to deliver the flowers. Never had a Florist do that before. Impressive.

I could not make it to the funeral service so I ordered flowers 🌺. I live out of state so this was very important to me that the flowers arrived on time. My cousin confirmed they were there by the time service started.

The web site was easy to use and I got great responses back from people who were able to attend the funeral. they the flowers looked really nice and they liked the banner.

You need to reword the question on if you want to do the survey. as it is now the answer to take the survey is yes and it needs to be a not. Take out the part that says "would you mind". If that is answered "no" it means you will take the survey. As it is now it kicks you out of the chance to take the survey.

confirmed the order by phone and delivered on date requested at the proper address. The arrangement was delivered was as ordered and very beautiful

I live out of town and was happy I chose this florist to fill my flower needs. They were very polite and helpful and the delivery was fast and my friend was very satisfied with the flowers. I would use them again. Thank you!
