Justcuts management please amend your App so someone living more than 15kms from a salon can check in? App is useless because I don’t live within 10 minutes of my mall! Cannot get the App without location services on. So I have to drive there, check in and wander around mall wasting time for a hour waiting to be seen. Please. 20kms would work. Staff suggested I drive half way then check in OMG. On a highway. No.

I think just cuts scrapes the bottom of the barrel every time. My daughter went to get her beautiful long hair cut at the Warwick Salon. She asked for 3 inches and the incompetent tattooed woman took 5 inches. How hard was that ?? It has impacted her so much she has been sobbing ad what's more she left her hair longer at the front to make up for the back seriously I would like to sue you for damages and mental stress. Do not ever go to just cuts.

My name is Rachel and I always go to Just Cuts to have my hair cut. I have found the best hairdresser Chiaki in shop 14 at Grand Central Toowoomba.
Recently I had my hair cut elsewhere but I wasn’t happy with it so I decided to go back to Chiaki as I knew she could fix it!
Chiaki is friendly and cheerful and you always walk away from her salon confident that your hair has been well cared for.
Keep up the good work Chiaki!!

I went to Just Cuts late on a Thursday afternoon and Lendra and Dimple were absolutely wonderful! Although it was almost closing time, they still cut my hair and I have the best hair cut I’ve ever had! I thoroughly recommend Lendra and Dimple and I thank them for their patience, kindness and skill in cutting my hair.

I went and had my haircut and I have to say "wow!! this place is amazing".
I was very satisfied, thank you Joy, you did so well. I felt very relaxed as she did a fantastic job, I'll definitely be going back, highly recommend.

Said 20 minute wait sowe booked in the self check in, one hour later and the lady then let another guy who just walked in in front of us, I said excuse me, we have been waiting an hour and she replied ok after this one, I let it go and then she tried to let another lady go first, lady replied I’m waiting for my mum, not even booked in, by this stage I said we are on the list, you keep bypassing us!! She goes and checks the list and goes oh ok you now. I told her I wanted a trim and layers for my daughter and a shampoo, she started cutting without shampoo so I said well you’ll have to do shampoo after, she said oh she doesn’t need a shampoo, I replied I don’t care, I’m the one paying. Just ridiculous. Rude staff, do not give the haircuts you ask for, argumentative - I get it’s cheap, but honestly, it’s still a hairdresser, meant to provide a good service. Then a guy walked in furious as it had been two hours for him, the lady had written his number down incorrectly. We need hairdressing services that are open on the weekends and you can walk in, I work all week so in theory, justcuts is perfect, I don’t have an issue waiting at all, but just be courteous and organised so customers don’t feel disregarded and inconvenient. We are paying for your service, treat us with respect as we do you.

I've taken my mum here twice and it is such a wonderful experience. So warm and welcoming, and caring with my mum. Mum has Alzheimer's and can get anxious and disoriented at times. She is so comfortable here and the look of bliss on her face says it all. I had the best scalp massage from tenzin, and a lovely new look by Rosalind while mum was absolutely relaxed in the care of melissa. Her new do looks fabulous. We are planning to make this a regular girls day out. Thank you ☺️

DON’T GO HERE because I went here and asked for a a fringe and the lady said yes but than didn’t even do it and I also wanted a trim BUT SHE CUT OFF SO MUH THAT I CANT EVEN TIE UP MY HAIR AND IF I DO IT JUST FALLS OUT!

I been getting my hair cut by chiaki at justcuts grancentral for over 10 years now and has always been very good she’s really good at her job and I recommend for everyone to get a hair cut by chiaki she’s the best always has the best idea for what hairstyle suits best thank you chiaki

Delrae from the Invercargill Store was great at her job, nice to chat to. This is the second time I've been in and I will keep Delrae as my hair dresser. Great service.

Had a fabulous experience at Just Cuts Leichhardt. Clean salon and friendly staff. Mel gave me a consult and took my hair from very long to a styled (layered) cut at shoulder length. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the result - she took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure that my new style works for me. I’m very happy to recommend Mel and the salon.

They were lovely and were able to fix a haircut I’d been given from another shop, can’t reccomend more

Asked to sign in told 20 minute wait 1hour continued to wait, watched clients walk in and serviced. Total crap no service said I'd waited long enough they waved me goodbye, NEVER to return to Forster salon, Al G

The hair wash was okay, left with wet hair even known I paid for a blow dry. The hairstylist also cut way more off then asked “because it looks better”. Left devastated that 5-6 inches were cut off and I had to leave with wet hair. Don’t recommend if you want a good service.

Had the worst haircut ever at Riccarton salon, went in with hair all one length now it is all uneven shorter at the back than the sides with longer pieces sticking out all over the place. Went back to complain, person on the desk was useless, didn't know what to do. I asked for a refund at such bad service, was told that wasn't their policy but they could "fix it" for me, really why would I let them near me. Never going near this salon again.

Got my hair cut yesterday by Fran in Golden Centre Dunedin NZ yesterday. I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted. Boy did I get a shock. First of all, she started cutting at the front. Not at the back like your supposed to do, she never sectioned the hair. Just took chunks of hair and cut it. I have written a complaint and Nadine e-mailed me back offering me a full refund and either a complimentary product or a gift voucher. Never heard back after that. NEVER go to Just Cuts, my hair is uneven, it’s shorter on the right than the left. There are short pieces and long pieces everywhere. Now I have to spend more money to get the screwed up cut fixed.Very Bad Service

Took my client to Justcuts at Cooloman Court Weston ACT. Service was fantastic thanks to Rosiland. Client will definitely be back she was very impressed.
