The app is easy to use, I trust it, and unlike some other apps, your orders arrive with zero fuss. My only gripe would be the venders are adding on the Just Eat charges to their items. So using Just... See more

Very bad app!...nonone should use this to order food!...ive got the worst experience ever with them and they are just steal money and food from people and take no responsibilities for it. Probably my reviev will never been seen by anyone because they are soo bad with everything and someone suppose finally take care of their bad dealing with customer. I order a food and driver (probably him)call literally one sec and when im went to the reception to take it straight away there was no food and no driver. I try to contact at chat but they just keep asling all the time for the same, and when my friends sing me a happy birthday song they decided to finish chat because im not answering so im not complaining anymore. I called to restaurant and they send it normal but
When i contact with Just Eat theybsaid they wont refund me because its my fould and from there side is all with correct policy..when i said i dont have a food and now i wont even get money they trying to explain me how fast i should answer the phone and its all my foult. And on my phone everything was "delivered"..so where was a food?..there was nothing . No Thank you its the worst experience ever

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! I opened an account after receiving a gift card. Tried to order having selected account balance as payment option but kept asking for my debit card details. Wouldn't allow me to use my account balance. But! - it took the price of the order from my account! No order was placed and that was confirmed by their website. The help/chat function is completely useless and the customer support email displayed on their website is invalid. So yeah they just take money from your account and show accountability. Avoid like the plague.

Just Eat Ireland - Terrible results

Just Eat Ireland is a terrible experience. It’s happened to us twice that we have ordered for a party, food never arrived but was marked as delivered. Then, there is no way to contact them because they make it super hard to contact them directly. Other times waiting for too long only to have an order cancelled. We will be giving up on them now at this stage.

No refund after food refused.as it was stone cold

A cyclist arrived to my door last night with food that was stone cold as he had made other deliveries while my food order was sitting on the back of his bike. I gave him the code he asked for before he took the food out of his bag. I asked him if the food was hot and he actually admitted it was cold. I refused to accept the order and then the burger actually fell out of the bottom of the bag and onto the ground as the bag was wet. The courier took the food way with him and I contacted just eat to inform them. They could not have cared less. They have refused to acknowledge this issue. Stated that I had received my order even though the courier took the order away with him. This business needs more regulation. Do not support a business that does not support its customers. I am taking a case with PayPal to get my money back. Just eat is not a decent company, certainly the people employed in the Irish version have no idea how to treat customers. They all use a scripted response. Make sure the restaurant you order from knows about the terrible manner in which the just eat couriers deliver their food and perhaps just make the effort to order and collect your own food. That way you know it’s going to be edible.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I will never order from this place again.
I made an order. The courier said he was there. I didn’t see him. He asked me for the delivery code to prove who I was. I gave it to him. He said ‘haha delivery is done bro, you’re not getting your money back’….
I contacted Just eat and I went to the restaurant. I still haven’t received my refund! Also Just Eat couriers should not speak to customers in that way. I screenshot part of the conversation, and I will use this if needed. I will NOT use Just eat again!!!!! Horrible experience

0 star should be a option here

This app is useless, now they remove reviews because of people's leaving bad reviews and just eat doing nothing about it so they don't want people's to see any opinions. Deleting my account after 10 years of using it !!!

Not worth it

Ordered off Apache Pizza Athlone, through the Just Eat App a few times each time I ordered they have left something out of the order eg chips, sauce, no salad or sauce on kebab, no sauce with hoagie box. Each time I give them the benefit of the doubt but it never changes.
I rang to complain and whoever answered the call was quiet rude and didn't give me a chance to speak. I had my order in front of me and he kept say that I was wrong. I'm very disappointed in their service and attuide along with their delivery service as sometimes it take over an hour to deliver even though it says the food has left the restaurant and will be with you shortly.

Too expensive with your service charge…

Too expensive with your service charge and also add more money onto each item that’s on the menus of the take aways it’s scandalous more than a euro in some cases, food always late never on time, food cold, waste of time complaining as nothing rarely done about it

Delivery Driver Stealing Order

I ordered food, and after I paid, I realised that the eircode had jumped and was incorrect. I was unable to change it on the app, and I couldn't contact Just Eat to help me. I called the restaurant and they were able to inform the delivery driver of the new location. I then received a call from the driver, who told us he wouldn't deliver it to the new address unless we paid him an additional €15 in cash. This did not seem legitimate so I refused. I persuaded him to take it to the new address, which I shouldn't have had to do. When he arrived, he wouldn't speak to us until we showed him the code on my phone. When we repeated refused to pay the extra money, he slammed the door, revved, and sped off with our meal, stealing it. This is completely unacceptable because I had already paid on the app, and I didn't believe that the extra cash was genuine. I have filed a complaint and I hope that the issue gets sorted.

JustEat Chat Terrible

Hi, I ordered a food and after 1 hour I got that confirmation that i was delivered. I didn't get my order i tried to go on just eat chat to try solve it and the staff just said that unfortunately they can't do anything because the delivery delivered it already and it was my fault. It's unbelievable how I can be treated like that after be waiting more than 1 hour and my family was hungry waiting for the pizza and see that the just eat didn't do anything to help. Very disappointing
