Owing to a glitch on the just eat app I was charged three times for the same order apache pizza after complaining was told it would be rectified as yet nothing has been done I feel very let down by both just eat and apache pizza both of which I used regularly but will not be using either again

Customer service is very bad, no help from them

The driver got my address wrong and rather than confirming my order they just left it on some random persons front door and marked it as complete. There was no attempt to contact me about the issue. The website was so clunkly that it made it really difficult to report the issue as well

Just eat delivery service is a disgrace. For two nights in a row now we haven't had our food delivered. The attitude of the delivery driver was a disgrace. He said he texted and rang my number, and he did neither. God only knows where my food is. Then when we got on to customer service, while they were helpful enough they could only give credit note so I didn't even get my money back and I'll have to order from them again. I certainly would not recommend their service.

The app is quick and easy to use for take away services in the area you are in. I would recommend it to all.

I will to step back from this app, they will charge you without your bank details and now I tried to dispute an order that their driver didn't deliver and they said they can't help me.
I will have to dispute the charge with the bank now.
I will not use the app anymore.

The service fee on top of a high delivery charge us ridiculous. Customer service is extremely poor when there's an issue

Accidentally made an order from the wrong restaurant (with a very similar name) rang the restaurant and they told me to contact just eat to cancel.
Customer service refused flat out to do anything about it even though the restaurant had agreed to them cancelling it. 40 quid down the drain to order food in another county

Website is slow and the amount of money you are charging for food is actually criminal!!! Would never use again !!!

Poor customer support, the man was rude, condescending and had no clue how to sort out a simple issue. Please hire people who can speak English.

Please never order from this platform! Not only did I get the wrong item in my order (garlic cheese fries instead of curry cheese, and family member is extremely allergic to garlic) they also refused to help or give any refund for this! Extremely disappointing to see from this platform, it really has fallen off as I have been a regular user of the platform for years now, but this is seriously making me now just never use this platform again if they disregard their customers so much. If my family member ended up getting hurt as a result of this they could have been seriously hurt.

Very bad ordered a meal lazt night i never got it when i conraced just eat they told me they were not giving my money back but the take away said they has no drivdrs to deliver the meal but just eat said i was not getting my money back because they had the meal ready but i had no way of getting the food so had to cancel as they would not deliver what a waste of 30 euro my grandson was buying a meal for his mother to surprise her for mothers day and they would not give him his 30 euro back if you cant deliver the food they should give you your money back.very bad service.....

I don't know w ho the ceo of just eat is or what way she runs her company an absolute disgrace robbing people's food waiting too get your money back definitely the company is a shambles will be going further about it 5 orders not delivered app deleted never use them again and if people had any sense they wouldn't either
