If I could rate zero stars I would. There is nothing positive about this company

I received an order worth £17.71 that had visible mold on it. Serving moldy food is a serious health and food safety risk that completely contaminates the entire order.

When I contacted customer support, they refused a full refund to my original payment method, hiding behind their policies and only offering partial store credits (£4, £4.49, £12.49). It is absurd to expect a customer to take credit to order again after being delivered contaminated food.

Customer service completely ignored the food safety hazard and closed the case without resolving it properly. I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank and reporting this incident to the local Food Standards Agency / Environmental Health. Absolutely appalling service.

Poor customer service — refused to address an undersized KFC order

Received a KFC Boneless Banquet where the three chicken pieces were noticeably smaller in total and were clearly undersized. I took a picture with them on scales with just around 100g and contacted Just Eat, but instead of addressing the issue, they simply said portion sizes can vary between restaurants and refused any refund or compensation.

Even after I challenged this, they repeated the same decision without actually addressing the concern.

Very disappointing customer service. If Just Eat is happy to take responsibility for processing the order and payment, they should also take customer complaints about clearly inadequate portions seriously.

Whenever I order from just eat my orders get later and later my most recent one was placed at 16.30 and it's 19.00 hours and still not arrived it's obviously because you don't have enough drivers 😭

Awful 'customer service". 2 it3ms not delivered and they would not give me any compensation. This is theft. They dont care whats delivered as long as they have your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company. Ordered a grocery order at £110. Driver arrived took my code then handed me a bad with 5 items in it. Clearly wasn’t my order which I pointed out. At this point he took the incorrect order back and told me to raise with customer service. I have done this but they were looking for a photo of what I have. Which of course is precisely nothing because the other order was taken away. I now have no food, no refund and no cash to reorder. The customer service is an absolute disgrace. Assume just speaking to robots as they do not listen to anything you say. Will not be using ever again and recommend

They have no drivers and no easy means to contact the restaurant or someone at Just Eat, not even an AI bot to answer questions .. this is a dieing business with no one manning the ship. Just deleted the App.

ive been waiting for my food for almost 3 hours now it is absolutely ridiculous and im not able to cancel my order as I then wint get my money back the app is a huge waste of time and I would have been more successful if I just walked there defining the point of the app its self

Absolutely disgraceful. I placed an order and received something completely different. I reported it straight away, but they refused to refund me simply because I didn’t take photos of the incorrect order.

After using their service for several years, I’ve had enough. I’m deleting my account and I’m prepared to take the matter to court. It’s not even about the few pounds - it’s about principle and fairness. If a company makes a mistake, they should take responsibility for it instead of blaming the customer and looking for excuses not to issue a refund.

I won't be using Just Eat again; food was never delivered and neither the restaurant nor Just Eat would respond when I tried finding out what was going on. I raised a refund request the next day and was told they won't refund me. I emailed again asking for an explanation why the refund was denied and just got a response saying "After a careful review, we have confirmed that the original decision stands"
Their phone number only leads to a pre-recorded message telling you to check the Help webpage. Textbook awful customer service.

I placed an order through just eat for kfc. Some of my order was missing so I contacted them and their reply was sorry we can't help you. Terrible service, would never use them again. Customer service is rubbish. Shocking that they can get away with this.

I have been a happy customer of just eat since they started!!! But never again!!!

I am 32 weeks pregnant and treated ourselves to a payday treat for us and our 7 year old. A few mouthfuls in and there was an actual fly in my chips and curry!! Obviously the partner wouldn’t want his and I wouldn’t let my 7 year old eat it and I uploaded the evidence with a video of me throwing the food in the bin and just eat refused to do anything about it, they are also responsible for food safety too but they just kept saying as I have said everything I want to I will now end the chat, everyone needs to submit chargebacks to the banks if they are having genuine issues with just eat, but I won’t be using them every again if they think it’s acceptable for anyone to have a fly in their food never mind a heavily pregnant lady

Absolutely appalling customer service. I paid for an order using Just Eat credit, the food was never delivered, and despite contacting Just Eat and explaining what happened, they refused to refund or restore the credit I had used.

So I’ve effectively lost money for food I never received, and Just Eat seems perfectly happy with that. The issue isn’t just the failed delivery — it’s the complete lack of accountability afterwards.

I expected a basic refund for an order that never arrived. Instead, I was left out of pocket and dismissed by customer service.

Very poor experience. I won’t be trusting Just Eat with my money again.

Please don't use JustEat or Dixy Chicken Selly Oak, Birmingham. If I could give both minus 5 stars I would. Placed an order via JustEat today. The order didn't arrive. Rang Dixy Chicken they said they rang the bell but no one answered. Untrue! We have a ring door bell and nobody came. The order would be cold now did I still want it? I said no. All I got was a load of abuse. Contacted JustEat and they said I would not be getting a refund (£17). I'll be boycotting Dixy Chicken and JustEat. Feel like I've been scammed. Very poor service.

Why the hell do i have to become Columbo and gather evidence every time half my order is missing in hopes of getting my money back.

Ordered a McDonals and delivered with items missing from order and refuse to give refund. No reason given. Ignored when asked for the reason for their decision.

Half of our order was missing. The driver took half of our food. Restaurant confirmed via CCTV they handed the full order to the driver. We only received half, but could only check once we gave them the code. We complained to the driver, he ran off on his bike. We emailed the restaurant they confirmed they gave the full order. Emailed Just Eat and say that because we gave the code it appears as delivered therefore no refund can be given. This is a catch 22 situation, how can I check my order is complete if I have to first give them a code, which confirms delivery? Just eat dont seem to hold the drivers accountable in any way. Wont use them anymore.

Terrible company, undermining the laws of this country and putting families at risk. Boycott just eat

Ordered a McDonalds through Just Eat. First of all the delivery took ages to come despite McDonalds being just 5 minutes from my house. When the food came the whole order was freezing. The chips were not fresh as they were all soggy. If I had known it was being delivered on a bike I wouldn't have ordered.
The price should have been £27 but there was a £10 discount but it was still £17, which is by no means cheap.
Tried to get a refund but told by Just Eat that on this occasion I could not get a refund.
