Liars and scammers, they have been sending me emails that I have 50% discount voucher to use and whenever I try to claim it I get the following message

"To use this voucher, you need to be logged in to the account that received it. Please log in to an eligible account to try again."

Although I'm using the same account associated with the supposed offer but they don't add it to your account and they are not contactable.

These people are scammers and don't worth any respect.

Ordered today at 5:20pm food was clearly delayed but I did not mind this but called th restaurant at 7pm to chase and see if my order was coming. Was told it was but arrived 10 min later freezing 🥶. Have since had many emails trying to get a refund for my he food not dips as I can use but they have refused. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT GO DIRECT I GUESS. At least if it’s it’s slow and cold they acknowledge and apologise and replace or offer refund. JUST EAT DONT DO THIS THEY YOUR MONEY AND ULTIMATELY KEEP IT. No moral compass this is why they will fail. They have a brilliant business model but that’s not what makes the money

The customer service for justeat is so bad.
Although the similar case happened to me many times before but i let it slide.
This time again i ordered a pizza but 2 dips one of them is ketchup and i have paid for these dips.
I do not receive the ketchup instead receive a different dip.
I raised it with customer care and they just say we cant do anything about it.
I am sorry , if you cant do anything about it then who is taking the accountability.
So disappointed.

It stated clearly that if you download the app and open an account you get £10 off your first 3 orders over £15. So I ordered my first time at £30 and no discount was applied. I contact them about it and they said they reserve the right to not fulfil their offers and some cop out excuse. I did everything it requested and yet they didn’t honour that! Very disappointing customer service and care. Won’t be ordering through them again.

Shocking service waiting now 3 hours keep changing the time never ever again not to get a refund

Just don't eat . They texted me £10 off your next 3 orders over £15 auto applied it stated . I add £19 worth to basket go to checkout no auto £10 off. Tried, to call them automated told to go back to website . i email them bounced back . So just don't eat .

I placed a order that was missing items then refused any compensation with no attempt to resolve the issue

Giving them a 1 is generous it should have been a 0.
I have now been offered £2.59 from them which is an absolute joke.
Missing items and cold food and they have the audacity to offer that.
Keep your money and go elsewhere as this company don’t care about customers complaints,
I will never use these rip off merchants again.

Order number 929702553. Missing items not refunded and no JE customer support.

I ordered from the app and the food was delivered by the restaurant staff. When I took the food inside I discovered that two items were missing. Ordinarily I would have ordered directly from a restaurant and therefore complained directly to them but since I was using the JE app, I indicated that items were missing. I immediately received an email telling me that JE would look into it and process a refund (I only wanted to be refunded the missing items). A day later the follow up said there was nothing that JE could do.

All that JE did on this occasion was prevent a resolution. If I complained to the restaurant, I am confident that I would have been refunded.

Moreover, I can’t find any customer service from JE to follow this up and forcing this review. Poor work Just Eat.

Don’t use just eat in Bristol… i have had several deliveries where items have been tampered with… when you contact them you have no response.. no customer service at all!!!

Just shocking how they decide on how much you should be refunded I was missing 3 items from my popeyes order a large bottle of coke a gravy and beans and I was refunded £2 what a joke the gravy alone is £1.89 I should have received more than £2 it’s a disgrace il be using deliveroo in future.

Utterly crap. Orders are always over an hour late, if they arrive at all! Absolutely crap ‘service’. Nightmare to get a refund from as well.

Order arrived cold, spilled, and uneatable. Just Eat refused refund saying 'multiple claims' but those previous claims were ALL because their orders were wrong too! They're punishing me for their own mistakes. Photos provided. Avoid if you want customer service."

Customer service does not exist. Restaurant time table are not shown. You end up spending hours to look for food and put it in the basket and then it says the place is closed.

Just eat not upholding consumer rights to replace or refund. Items delivered were inedible. Just another bot run system. I won’t be ordering through it again when customers are expected to take the loss.

Ordered food from a restaurant, the app kept on increasing the delivery time, called the restaurant several times, directed me to jsut eat customer service, the line didn't work, nobody answered. waited one hour, food arrived freezing coold, sumbim a complain through the app, it said they cannot refund or do anything. email customer rervice, no answer, nobody to call and no customer support at all, will not use this JustEat anymore or reccomend to anyone

I ordered Joe & The Juice from just eat while in London and my order simply never arrived. I spent the whole day waiting constantly getting updates saying it was on its way and it never came.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce on , what cane was one that had been there for hours and was inedible , it went in the bin . I was offered 62 pence back for it . I asked if it was 62pence I'd paid , now they won't answer me at all ! I'm phoning head office tomorrow. We just put up with this appalling customer service . But im not going to anymore ..

Driver was lazy and didn't deliver my food to my front door. Left it in an alleyway I don't have access from my property.
Always having frequent problems and the amount of time they don't refund not got my hopes this time I get a full refund for food I don't receive as it's not the first time
