Poor customer service
I received incorrect items with my order. Emailed customer service straight away (as you can’t call them) - no response! 10 days later, further emails have been sent and still no reply. I want the items I ordered delivered and to return the items I didn’t but I’m not paying £4.95 to do so. Very poor service from Julian Charles! Unlikely I will order from them again based on this experience.

I bought a duvet from Julian Charles and was so pleased with it I bought two duvet sets. I was impressed with the quality and the price. I hadn't shopped with JC before but I will be back!

No place to lay my head!!!
All my bedding has been bought, over the years from Julian Charles, so. when I decided I needed a treat, I chose another Jacquard set from yourselves as it was generously discounted in the sale,
It arrived promptly and up the stairs I went to change my bed! Shock, Horror ! No pillow cases! I hadn't bothered to read the information! Pillow cases are always included with bed sets. Not any more! New order plus more postage! To calm myself, I also ordered decorative cushions to match but no show! I was planning on ordering the bedspread next sale but I must think again. You've made an old lady very disapointed!

If you are buying a duvet set the pillowcases are included. I have taken a look and I can't see any decorative cushions on your order, only the pillowcases. Poor customer service
The incorrect item was sent. It was very difficult to communicate with Julian Charles They were very unresponsive via email and there is not contact telephone number. Very poor and disppointing customer service.
