Ordered via website and spoke to customer services with some queries about my order anout additional items to required for project. Advised when delivery should be and all arrived safely on time. Very happy customer will recommend.

Terrible Service

My experience is exactly the same as many other 1 star reviews on here. The delivery was a nightmare as they can't tell you when the shower will be delivered more than 12hrs in advance. They insist that deliveries are confirmed with the thrid party courier by phone but the courier doen't answer the phone or listen to answer phone messeges. Then the courier just turned up unannounced anyway and dumped the shower in our front garden at 0630 in the morning. After all this I opened the shower and it was so badly damaged and cheaply made that I sent it back (after another saga with the courier). I've now been chasing them for a week for my refund with no response. They even had the cheek to try to blame me saying "we don't have this trouble with any other customers". Well I suggest you read the other 1 star reviews on here and judge for yourselves if that is true.

I believe your refund was actually made a few days ago before your review was left, however banks can take 3-5 working days to show this on your debit card.

Apologies Tom, the 3rd party transport company advised they called on numerous occasions and left you various voicemails they never received any voicemails they have advised. Apologies for the goods being left at your property at 6.30am the driver must have knocked and received no answer. Our company policy is to ensure customers accept their delivery time slot and are in agreement before goods are dispatched from the 3rd party couriers depot. Normally the couriers have no issues in making contact with customers and making their delivery. Once the goods arrive back they are inspected with a refund normally within 14 days of the goods of return.

I ordered a bath

I ordered a bath, panel and screen with this company , the bath panel still has not turned up, the screen is damaged and they charged me more saying the bath had to be supercast, once delivered I questioned that as it was not, the extra was refunded, but just smacks of poor administration. NO communication and blame everyone else but themselves.
Further to this I have to say that the company stepped up and a bath panel and a new screen turned up as advised on Monday and I was able to complete my clients bathroom, so top marks for a successful outcome.

I have been meaning to write this…

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now only just got around to it. I purchased 2Bliss Chrome Square TMV2 Thermostatic Fixed Head Shower with Riser Rail and Detachable Head from JT Spas a couple of months ago one of which is installed. Couple of months on and I am delighted with both the shower head and the service I received from JT Spas. I had read some pretty awful reviews about them prior to purchase so I phoned up and spoke to them directly prior to purchase. As they said, happy customers rarely ever leave reviews, hence I am changing that! There were also problems with their card verification authorisation which blocked my credit card payment, again a bit annoying, but not JT Spas fault. In the end, although wary of doing so, I made the payment by bank transfer, again thankfully without issue. I guess the best compliment I can pay them I would happily purchase form them again in the future.

Quality product & service

Quality product & service. Large shower tray was delivered at the designated time with no waiting in all day. We were delighted with the finish to the tray but unfortunately our tiler dropped a tile and chipped the surface, however customer services spoke to the manufacturer on our behalf and helped to resolve our problem. I highly recommend them.

Do not purchase anything from this company. We received a damaged shower tray, cracked. They only allow 24 hours to inspect the goods from delivery & will not accept any damaged or faulty products reported after that time period - they say the customer caused the damage. It was delivered to us on a different delivery date than agreed, when we were away and could not inspect the product. They expect you to sign a delivery slip immediately when the product is delivered which states that goods are in good condition which they later rely on to refuse any refunds - even though the delivery driver does not wait for you to open & inspect the goods before signing the slip! And it can be signed for by anyone, neighbour etc which is what happened to us. They deliver faulty/damaged products & refuse to provide refunds. Disgusting customer service! And what did they achieve - nothing but loss of business - we have 7 more bathrooms planned to refurbish & 7 more shower trays to purchase which we have now ordered from a different company. No reduced price or goodwill gesture was offered by the company as they have now stated. Also the driver did not deliver the shower tray on a pallet & I bought a tray previously which was not delivered on a pallet. Delivery company delivered when I was working away from home (not on agreed delivery date) hence I could not sign & check goods until June. This company will make any rubbish up. Best to Avoid!!!

Many thanks for taking your time to review, after looking into your order I can see your Tray was delivered in May, 6-7 weeks ago. Unfortunately you do need to check your goods for damages within the agreed time (24hrs) and let us know of any issues. After 6-7 weeks you have stored the goods at your premises and we have no recourse with any transport company used. The same applies to all retailers.

Prior to dispatch we notified you of the delivery day in advance. This was on 7th May we advised delivery was due on 9th May, you replied to advise you couldn't accept this date for delivery and we replied to advise the local delivery depot to change your delivery day. The shower tray was then signed for delivery on the 10th May. The 2nd part of your delivery was on 20th May which was the shower door. When you called to advise there had been a mix up upon inspecting the order and we arranged for this exchange immediately without question and apologised for the mix-up. If the shower tray was damaged at this point I’m sure you would have raised this issue and we would have replaced and exchanged the tray. Unfortunately it was another 4-5 weeks afterwards that the tray was damaged and reported.

On this occasion the shower tray was delivered direct to you by the tray manufacturer using a pallet transport company with the tray securely attached to the pallet and foam tray protection, based on your image it appeared the tray had been dropped after being unpacked and stored.

only gave one star because you cant give 0 orderd a shower door which they said was in stock and after 10 days contacted them to be told they where waiting for the supplier to deliver ,then was told that the supplier had broken it and they would get another in contacted them again after 2 weeks and told it was going to be dileverd finaly the door was delivered after 15 days and they only sent part 1 of a 2 part door . this company is a joke DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Many thanks for your review i believe the quality of the goods you received are very high made in the UK too, the issue was your received the goods in Good Condition and if mishandled during installation you can easily damage the easy plumb plinth for the shower. All the delivery drivers the 3rd party couriers employee for our deliveries are instructed to physically check these and for the customer to check not damaged when delivered. The goods were delivered and signed for in good condition 3 weeks ago.

Great service, faster than promised delivery.

Ordered a Shower cabin from them, no complaints!
I called in advance and got through to someone immediately. They were very helpful and advised me on what was in stock and helped me find what I wanted. I placed an order, it came in time. A couple of the big boxes had a little damage (I think it's difficult transporting such big bulky objects) but the contents were fine - which is the whole point of packaging, to protect the contents. The courier told us to let them know of any damage within 24hrs but there was no need.
The Lisna Waters shower is installed and we've been using it for 10 days. It's fabulous. My only complaint is not their fault - I wish I'd gone for 900mm instead of 800 but I had misjudged that it wouldn't fit. Oh well, it just means I have to lay off the pork pies!

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! Wish I'd seen this site before ordering through JT Spas. Took over 2 months to deliver the products (and they didn't even warn me when first delivery attempt was made so I wasn't in)! Now refusing to take any responsibility for damaged goods which are unfit for purpose.

Excellent customer service

We ordered a shower door from JT Spas as it was an excellent price, but when it came it had a rare manufactuing defect. However after emailing JT Spas and providing photographic evidence of the fault they happily replaced the faulty door at no additional cost. We really appreciated the excellent customer service we received.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company under any circumstances! They sent the incorrect product, tried to fob me off that it was the right one and that it’s name had been changed (it looked nothing like it should - I know, I already had one in the house to compare it to!). Finally admitted it was wrong but were unable to supply what I actually ordered. Took almost a month to collect the wrong item, and now 2 weeks later they have not refunded and are ignoring communications, despite saying that I would receive my refund the next day after collection . I am now having to go through PayPal to reclaim the money. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!!

no replying to emails /misinforming…

no replying to emails /misinforming when you are calling them/ when you are asking them the earliest possible delivery date they will give you the date of the first item to be delivered instead of full order / it took two weeks to deliver my order / shower enclosure and vanity unit delivered in 4 separate days and 2 weeks. Waste of time, avoid any business with them.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. The man talking to me refused to give me his name and refused to give me the name of the manager. Payed £20 extra for quicker delivery, it did not turn up so I lost money with my builder waiting at my house. Sent email, no response. Then to top it off, a customer service rep who was too scared to give me his name. Very sad.

Placed and order for a spa bath on 14th August, when I placed the order it showed the item was in stock and delivery would be up to 7 days. I have called to find out when I can expect delivery of this bath every few weeks, first was told by mid September, didn't receive or hear anything so called back to be told beginning of October, the time came and went didn't hear anything so I called to enquire only to be told by the end of November. Today I called to find out if the delivery was on schedule for the end of November only to be told delivery will be January. Sloppy and incredibly bad customer services not once had anyone called to inform me of any changes. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism of this company is quite breathtaking. BE WARNED AVOID AT ALL COST.. The 1 star rating is overstated unfortunately it was the lowest star rating I could select.. AVOID, AVOID.. There practices need a good and thorugh investigation..

Poor from start to finish

Poor from start to finish - AVOID.
Purchased the bath. Seemed a good deal. Prices where around £50-£100 cheaper than anywhere else. Mixed reviews but that’s the norm these days. Bath ordered on 09/09/18 with the website showing 5-7 days delivery and “healthy stock”. Called a few days later to say the bath had been oversold by the supplier and so would be a further delay. Informed bath would be delivered from supplier Monday 24th, that I would be pushed to the front of the que for whirlpool fitting and a provisional delivery date set for Friday 28th. So the 28th comes and I hear nothing. I had to call them to find out what was happening, Informed system showed the bath had been delivered Monday as planned and that they would get back to me the same day on an update. Nothing. I called again Monday 01.10.18 (at work 0700-2000 sat and sun so unable to call) as I’d still not heard and was informed that the bath had actually not been delivered. At this point I became very annoyed and explained I had arranged time off work for the delivery week (to undertake decorating & for the bath with plumber) and that I’d already messed 2 different plumbers around with the constant different dates and lost there trade. No compassion or sympathy for my lost time, money & trade. No attempt to make amends or compensate me as the customer who had paid good money for a product. At this point I contemplated cancelling the product but decided not to. I then received a phone call days later to say the bath had come into stock. I asked on an approximate timescale and was given 2 weeks. I explained I was assured I would be pushed to the front of the cue, a 3 day fitting date for the whirlpool system and a turnaround of 5 days. I was told this would not be the case. Unable to give a date for delivery but was told hopefully Friday the 12th. The 12th comes and you guessed it - No word from JTspas. Saturday 13th I receive a phone call to say bath will be delivered Monday 15th between 0800-1100. The bath arrived late, and after all this debacle is missing the side panel. So I have again rang JTspas to make them aware and find out where the side panel is. Informed it may have been left in the warehouse and they would get back to me. Nothing.
Pathetic customer service. Spend that extra bit of money with another company to avoid JTspas.
