Poor customer service

Having had initial problems getting this company to respond to a request for a quote, I eventually got sorted out and insured. However, the poor attitude I received when trying to sort out renewal was unacceptable. The operative I dealt with sounded like he couldn't care less and as though I was wasting his valuable time. I must clarify the operative was based in their Newcastle under Lyme office. Thankfully I have now found a broker elsewhere who was both professional and happy to assist. I shall not be dealing with Brown and Brown again and certainly could not recommend them.
