What a boon it was to meet Joe Martin…

What a boon it was to meet Joe Martin of East Midlands Property Sales. I had his details, which I had kept from a positive encounter a few years previously. As soon as I told him I had decided to sell, he gave me a quick valuation. When I agreed, he found me a buyer/investor within 24 hours. I benefitted from no agents fees and didn’t have to wait to get find a buyer. Joe was very professional throughout, he kept me well informed all along the way from start to finish. I would definitely use him again if I wanted to sell and would highly recommend him.
