Excellent Customer Service

I purchases a modular hardcase for my Steamdeck from JSAUX via Amazon; unfortunately the kick stand module pin snapped and meant that I wasn't able to use this feature. I decided to contact customer service directly just to enquire if a replacement module was sold and how I might go about getting a replacement. I wasn't expecting much truth be told but I was really impressed by the customer service. They asked me to provide the order number and a picture, which I felt was reasonable after that it was really smooth sailing. The agreed to post my out a replacement module, customer service with quick to respond and communication was very clear. I was honestly very impressed and that is not something I say often. Would absolutely recommend the company for the customer service alone.

Great experiance

Great experiance, wonderful products like the thermal upgrade for rog ally and battery upgrade. When I had issues and connected with their support I got quick response with help and got a replacement of damaged product. Truly wonderful

Great products and fantastic customer service!

I bought their All-in-One Carrying Case for the Switch 2 a couple weeks ago, and it's really great! It's sturdy and it has a lot of compartments to put all your equipments! Probably the best All-in-One case out there for the Switch 2 so far. Furthermore, The customer service went all out and made an exception to give me a free replacement for the EVA foams that came with the case and which I unfortunately lost. I really wasn't expecting it, but I was pleased and touched by this extra favour! All in all, 10/10 service and products! Looking forward to check out their other products and future products they will bring!

Keep up the good work!

Experienced a display connection issue with their FlipGo Horizon Pro. It was a kickstarter project, so finding support via their website was limited. However, their team continuously reaches out on updates via email, so I simply replied to one and within 24hrs I got a reponse with helpful guidances, step by step, to resolve the issue.

I can't speak for all, but I got a really helpful support team member who was really patient and aimed to resolve the issue with me, so I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Excellent customer support and solid product experience

I contacted JSAUX support after my Steam Deck dock stopped charging/working correctly. After a brief troubleshooting step and sharing a short video, their support team quickly identified the issue and arranged a replacement with no hassle.

Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout. They provided tracking information, followed up after delivery, and made sure the replacement unit was functioning properly once received. The new dock arrived quickly and has been working perfectly.

I genuinely enjoy using the Steam Deck dock itself, and this experience gave me confidence in both the product and the company behind it. Based on the quality of support and how smoothly the warranty was handled, I’ll be using my JSAUX dock with confidence and will absolutely consider the JSAUX brand favorably for future purchases

Quick Replacement Parts

I had an issue with the kickstand on my ModCase. The plastic nib broke. I let support know and within a week or so, I received a replacement part. Excellent service in my opinion.

JSAUX helpful and professional!

JSAUX is not only a great company for gear for whatever gaming needs you might have but they are also there for you after the purchase to help out with any problems you may come across. After getting a dock that had connection issues, they were there for me to help diagnosis it to see if there's something that we could fix together. After a helpful walkthrough that found my dock wasn't fixable, they shipped a new one out to me asap. The professional people at JSAUX deserve the good reviews cause they earn them every time.

The Jsaux team is top-notch

The Jsaux team is top-notch. Not only did they rapidly send me a replacement unit when my Steam Deck dock started having issues, but when I had an issue with the replacement unit that they sent, they sent me another one that's Workign great! Most companies would've told me to kick rocks after the first replacement unit was sent out. They have made me a loyal customer for life!

Great customer service and products

I bought a steam deck case from JSAUX on Amazon, which was great. The kickstand on it came loose, which I dealt with for a while, but ended up reaching out to support to see if I could tighten it or fix it another way.

They sent me a brand new one, no questions asked. When it arrive it was easy to put on as well. They even reached back out to make sure I received it.

Great customer support

Got the Modcase for the Steam Deck. Unfortunately the kickstand broke, but they sent a replacement! The first replacement they sent got stolen from my mailbox, and so they sent another one. It seems they really want to take care of their customers.

A Company That Truly Cares About Its Customers

My original package was unfortunately stolen, and I was really stressed about the situation. The JSAUX support team went above and beyond to help me. They responded quickly, were incredibly kind, and arranged a replacement package without any hesitation. They provided all the assistance and information I needed throughout the process, and their communication was outstanding.

It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but JSAUX absolutely does. I’m extremely grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I loved the case I got from them. A few months after purchase they made a revision. I wanted to see if I could buy the little add-ons they made separate and they sent them to me on the house. This was amazing customer service!!
