Support for Replacement Powerbank
I contacted JSAUX for support with a broken Powerbank. I purchased the 20000mAh PD 65W Portable Charger Power Bank in August 2023. It quickly became my favorite tech. accessory. I bought it to use with my then new Steam Deck, but found it was my preferred charger also for my Switch, laptop computer, and cellphone. Sadly, within the past month or so, it stopped working. Full honesty, it stopped working after I dropped it from around hip-level height onto tile flooring. JSAUX very promptly and sympathetically responded to my request for support. I was so thankful that they offered a gift certificate to help cover the cost to purchase a replacement Powerbank. I am very satisfied with the service from JSAUX, and I would highly recommend the JSAUX team and their products.

Fantastic customer support team! My JSAUX steam deck dock stopped working just 6 months after I got it. I contacted support and they quickly got back with me and after providing them with the necessary info they approved a replacement item right away. Friendly and helpful.
Resident evil requiem, gta v, retro games
While gaming I’ve notice a significant difference in a lot of games that I play. The fans are a bit noisy but with a little bit of an edit on the audio, fan noise is no problem so posting gameplays is easy. Definitely would recommend just for the fans itself. The stand also keeps me legion go 2 steady so no more tiring hands.

Really like all of JSaux products and can’t stop singing thier praises to all my friends and family. Which I don’t do often. Recently I purchased a Power Bank that stop working and their support team (Ashley) was super friendly and helpful. She went through helping me step by step and then when there was no alternative to fix it she just issued another one. Very pleased with their responsiveness. And with more Steam products coming I will continue to go to them for all my accessories needs.

Customer service is excellent! My right joycon grip for my Switch 2 Case had broken and got in contact to purchase a replacement. Little did I know (or forgotten) that my product had warranty. JSAUX coordinated with me and was shipped a replacement free cost!
Would recommend JSAUX to anyone who hasn't already tried any of their products! Awseome products and awesome customer service!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and quality improvement program. The device I purchased was part of a complex audio workstation design. I was unable to get the adapter to function as advertised. The response from JSAUX exceeded all expectations for attentiveness, and responsiveness. They were sincerely interested in understanding the cause of failure, even though the item itself is small and inexpensive. When their customer support was unable to get the device to function correctly, they offered a prompt full refund.

My Steam Deck docking station failed a little less than one year after purchase.
The company reply to my repair request was fast and reactive. Since they could not send me a replacement they refunded me fully and right away. I will purchase again from them, 100% recommend.
Rog ally battery
I bought the battery cooling upgrade for the ROG Ally Z1E. Delivery to the Netherlands took about 10 days. After 8 days, I contacted them about the delivery, received a very quick response, and they sorted everything out properly. The installation went easily thanks to the clear guidance on the website.

I ordered the Obsidian AR Screen Protector for my Switch 2 and I messed up on the application by honest mistake, resulting in dust particles and bubbles that can’t be squeezed out. I reached out to Jsaux to see if it’s possible to get a return or exchange since it’s quite an expensive screen protector, but they were very kind to offer a replacement!! Regarding the quality so far on the original product, it’s very good and the colors are vibrant, and not muddy like a complete matte, nor is it too reflective. I believe it is worth the money especially you want a better quality screen protector. Also, it is actually very easy to apply per instructions due to the kit provided.
Handled the issue and made it right
Had an issue with my FlipGo dual monitor where one of the USB-C ports stopped working. Took a bit of back and forth to troubleshoot, but once confirmed, support handled it well.
They provided a prepaid return label, kept the process simple, and sent a replacement quickly after receiving the unit. The new monitor works as expected.
Overall, solid support and they stood behind the product.

Sometime ago i purchased a product that unfortunately was never delivered, not for their fault but for a geopolitical situation... i contacted them and they immediately offered me 2 solutions:
