Excellent, highly recommend
I had been doing some internet searches for various cooking ingredients and Joybuy items were found. I hadn't heard of Joybuy so I checked them out and did some more online searches and checked the reviews. I placed an order for some cooking ingredients, including frozen items, cleaning products and a chefs knife. There was some very good introduction offers and free delivery. I placed the order and it arrived the next day. All of the items were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery driver was also polite, professional and made buying from Joybuy and all-round 100% flawless experience. Highly recommend this company to anybody else, and will be using again in the near future.

Didn’t receive half the order after waiting days
Scheduled delivery of half of the order never made it to me after two and a half days of waiting in for it! Zero communication except for when I contacted them. The rest arrived on time as scheduled

No customer service at all
I have ordered vita lemon tea, however it doesn’t have arrived with my delivery and the tracking has been shown as delivered. Contacted customer service and they just keep auto replying the same message as a bot, completely not helpful at all, more even worse than any small Asian store.

As a first time customer with joybuy my experience has been excellent. Navigating your site was easy and found most items I was looking for at that time. Prices where reasonable.The process after order was informative and relevant to delivery. Although delivery driver was a little later then planned it was not a problem. All goods arrived as selected.
