I was charged $36 by Joy Parenting Club without my knowledge or consent. I never signed up for this service. I later discovered that when I used a baby photo service, I was apparently enrolled in Joy Parenting Club through hidden or obscure fine print — a deceptive practice I was completely unaware of at the time.

I did not knowingly authorize this subscription and received no clear disclosure that I was being enrolled in a recurring billing program. This type of enrollment without explicit consumer consent is misleading and predatory.

I am requesting a full refund of all charges and immediate cancellation of any subscription associated with my information. I am also filing this complaint to alert other consumers to this deceptive practice.
