Worst company I have ever seen. They created orders for the wrong address, I just have one addres on my profile. Called to cancel it, and they said they could not cancel an order. And now will have to pay de delivery fee for 2 wrong orders that I reached out to be cancelled. Avoid at all costs!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I contacted customer support 3/10 /2026. I asked about the status on my shoes. I saw it was still processing. I did a text chat. I was assured the item would be shipped out by the end of the day. It was as promised. It arrived today 3/12/2026. In perfect condition and correct. I would buy again from this company.

Inaccurate Automated Process Leading to Unjustified Bans
If you purchase their sale items and buy more than one pair of shoes on sale - be careful, they will ban your account for being a "reseller". I am a customer who purchases items during their sales. My account was flagged as a reseller, even though I only purchase one size and a quantity of one pair per style in the sale. Sometimes I end up buying a few different styles, which isn't out of the ordinary when someone is shopping a SALE.
The lower level "supervisors" refuse to escalate it to anyone above them, causing the company to now be stuck with loss sales and incorrect categorization of their customers. Beyond frustrated and incredibly offended to be accused to this, let alone left with NO way to reverse this even though I have PROOF that I own every single pair of shoes I have purchased through them. Disgusted by how they treat their paying customers.
In store order debacle
I would give negative stars if I could. Ordered shoes in Layton Ut store and was told in stock abd would ship to home in 5-7 days. This was on a Sunday 3 weeks or so ago and following Friday got email that order was canceled no explanation. Said refund would go back to my card right away. Well..called them and was told backorder with no expected delivery date. This after store clerk said they'd just got shipment in no problem when I ordered. Here we are now 3 weeks in and no refund and cannot get them to answer after multiple calls. Have emailed them so will see. It will be a long time before/if I order again!!! Highly disappointed!!! Followup...FINALLY reached someone on phone today after 30 minute hold only yo be told that they weren't able to transfer credit back to my account for unknown reasons (no contact made with me or advisement) and NOW they've mailed a check to me on 1/20/26 that I'm suppose to receive around 2/03/26. So angry...no more customer here.

Went inside the store on Dec 4th and ordered my shoes and was told they would be here for Christmas. Still no shoes. Tracking says label created, every day I check it, the shipping date changes. Customer service says they are investigating. At this point I just want my money back. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from this store again.

I Ordered a pair of shoes online (12-16-2025). It was The only thing my daughter wanted for christmas. the money comes out of my account, three days later (12-19-2025) i get an email stating the shoes are out of stock and won't be available until February. You guys need to do better! If your shoes are out of stock, you shouldn't have them online for purchase. I feel so bad because im not going to have my daughters christmas present in time for christmas morning. Very disappointed!

Unhelpful Customer Service
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my daughters for Christmas. I received notification that they had been delivered. I checked my house, my neighbors, and all down my street. The photo provided was of concrete. Nothing recognizable. I called, emailed, texted, and tried the website to contact someone. Once I finally was able to chat with someone via mobile website, I was informed they would have to do an investigation that would take 9-12 business day, which pushes us well past Christmas. I asked if they could maybe put a rush on it, or let me pick up the same item in store, and and I was told no. The agent avoided every question or statement I made. Now I'm sitting on $250 worth of hurry up and wait for their "investigation".

the last pair was fine. But i'm still a bit annoyed since the zippers are a bit tight so i could have taken the pair i tried in store the week prior the fit fine. It only comes in brown but I was told there was a black version. It was the only reason i had them order it too.
went in a week later to return 2 of them and try to swap the one with the tight zipper. regarding the last pair, they only 2 left in my size had since been sold. And with the pair that came used, i had to fight with the clerk that it wasnt me despite having proof. I think they're jus t trying to hassle you for money cause the guy in line behind me had the exact issue.

I am also out 6.66 on a coupon. signing up gives you 10 off but apparently rather than apply it to the total like how everyone else does it, this is divided per item within the first order. since i ordered 3 items that means the coupon took off 3.33 per shoe but i returned 2. clerk told me the only way i could get the full discount was to return and repurchase but it had to be a different shoe for some reason. customer service said its a one time code and they wont reimburse

Damaged Toddler Timberlands and Rude Service
Today I picked up a pair of Toddler Timberland boots I ordered online at the Cedar Falls, Iowa store. When I checked the shoes, one had a visible scuff. I returned immediately and showed the associate. Another employee interrupted, claiming wheat Timberlands “usually have marks,” which is not true, brand new Timberlands don’t come scuffed. He even tried to rub it off. The first associate went to the back for a replacement, but the other employee dismissively said they didn’t have my size and asked, “So what do you want to do?” I asked for a refund, which was processed, but the rude attitude and lack of professionalism left a poor impression. Customers deserve respect and proper service, not excuses or condescension.
Journey's Scam Blues
I returned a pair of DC shoes I had ordered online as the shoes I received were too small. When it came to getting a refund the warehouse deemed them as being worn even though they were brand new and never even taken out of the box. They said I was going to be issued a digital gift card for Journey's only credit instead of giving me my money back. It's been several weeks, several customer service calls and still no response. No gift card, no refund, no nothing. Noone even seems to know what's going on with my order other than it's already been processed. So now I'm out $90 with nothing to show for it. Not even that lame gift card they said I was supposed to get. If I would have known I was going to get scammed I would have just kept the flippin' shoes and put them up on Ebay or something. I was a multiple decades long customer and Journey's was always my first choice in footwear, but never again! Journeys just burned that bridge.
