Excellent customer service and products

Excellent customer service in sorting out a very minor issue with my most recent delivery. Ruth was extremely helpful and dealt with this super efficiently. I’m a great fan of JJ products and once again I’m 100% happy with my purchases.

Item not delivered, had to cancel and get refund

I made an order of other £200 of items on Thursday 18th June and paid for next day delivery. DPD did not deliver the item on Friday 19th June even though I was in all day. Joseph Joseph refunded the £7.95 next day delivery fee. DPD were scheduled to deliver on Monday 22nd June but I got a message saying they were unable to deliver, even though I was in my flat all day. They sent a 'proof of attempt' photo which was of a random door, certainly not mine, and at no point did they try to contact me on my mobile. Joseph Joseph gave DPD detailed delivery instructions but on Tuesday 23rd June I received no update from Joseph Joseph or DPD on when I could expect my delivery so I cancelled the order and was refunded. Other than an apology I haven't received any form of compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to leave my flat for 3 days. I like the products but would not order online again.

Fantastic customer service restored faith in the company

My experience …….. I Purchased an ironing board because the build quality is good ,however when it arrived the packaging and sadly the moulded rubber feet were damaged making them unusable on wood block flooring without damaging it
It was Very disappointing BUT I reached out to customer service at J&J who immediately within 30 mins of a mail response had arranged for a replacement to be sent on an express delivery
Also they arranged for the damaged item to be collected
Kokila on the customer service team was professional, fast acting and left me in no doubt that Joseph and Joseph are more of a prestige company who take customer service seriously
I had follow up confirmation mails checking all ok with the replacement and that I was happy
This is real customer service and Joseph &Joseph need to congratulate their service team for representing them so well
I will most certainly be purchasing their brand again

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Iron board was damaged on arrival. Got in touch with customer service and a big shout out for Joy. Sent photos of damage and the exchange was made promptly.

Customer service

I got in touch with Joseph Joseph by email about a spare part
Unfortunately they didn’t stock the part I required and informed me the very next day that immediately impressed me
The person was annalise so very helpful
I mentioned that the part was missing so the unit was totally useless without it and was disappointed they didn’t offer spares
Then they replied again very fast asking for some details I sent them and within the hour was told a full replacement was on its way
I believe this is how all companies should act

Customer service

I’m happy with product and even more with customer service. I paid for my delivery but there was a problem on French side and they didn’t want to deliver to my address even I paid for it and I had to pick up package in the logistics center. I complain to Joseph Joseph and they reusing my money for delivery and reply very quickly. Thank you so much and happy to order again.

I bought this corner-bucket (great design and functionality) the second time. But this time the lid did not fit. My complaint was answered within 24h and replaacement was sent immediately.

Salt and pepper shakers

I bought a salt and pepper shaker set but the salt shaker broke.
I spoke to Annalise who very quickly and kindly sent me a replacement. Communication was great and I felt valued as a customer. Thank you

Excellent Products!

Joseph Joseph products are amazing and they last for ages! I've just had to buy a new chopping board set - while using my old JJ one, one of the little rubber feet at the corner came loose. That set was 20 years old! It's actually still usable, but I decided it was time for new ones. Every JJ item I own has lasted well - the garlic press is my favourite and will out last me. We have quite a small kitchen, open plan, so I like things to look good and be compact if they are on display and JJ are perfect in that respect. My advice - don't fall for the copy cat cheaper alternatives. They aren't the same quality.

Very Poor Customer Service, Ordered Goods Lost

We ordered a few items for our kitchen that have still not arrived. When we raised this they claimed it had been delivered but without any proof. They claim it was delivered to number '10' but could not give a full address. For the record I don't live at a number '10'! We now have to fill out a form and send it back within 48 hours! No calling card left either and nothing on our ring door bell! Their customer service is very slow getting back to you, I feel utterly let down, they are clearly not a customer focused company. They'll take your money quickly but then when there is an issue, they take no responsibility or accountability. I urge anyone ordering from them to think twice and spend with a company that cares.

Brilliant customer service

Contacted them on Thursday afternoon as our toilet brush had broken. A couple of emails & photos to confirm the date bought/damage and a replacement was delivered this morning, less than 48 hours later. Massive shout out to Mariela who handled everything and kept me informed. Breakages can happen but how they deal with them shows the quality of the company and confidence in their products.
