He talked me through the issues I experienced trying to set up my new trike. He even recorded a short video to assist with accessing and resetting a pass word to enable me to tailor the power settings on my trike.

Rang Jorvik up to purchase the JMT 3 250W in green. I mentioned I had a herniated disc and was told by the lady that I would get the VAT knocked off. Brilliant. 3 days went by and I heard nothing, so I rang and was to " there was no one from dispatch in,however we will ring you back today" ( I rang in the morning). 3pm I rang them as I heard nothing but was told that there was a problem with the order and I could have the bike in red but it would take 2 weeks as it will need modifying. WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE RING ME TO TELL ME. I shouldn't have to ring them to find out!! 2 and a half weeks later there courier arrived UNANNOUNCED!! ( which seems to be a common complaint) with the bike in a box mark "fragile" and " do not drop on edge" I was expecting the box to be horizontal on a wooden pallet, not vertical!!! I have a poor back which is why I got this trike. How the hell was I going to get bike out! Luckily my elderly neighbour has a better back the mine, managed to push the box over. The bike is amazing, apart from who ever put battery holder in, put it in too low so I couldn't get the release key in. I did send Jorvik pictures and how I solved the issue however ,no one got back to me to thank me for resolving the problem. Jorvik, you need to communicate with customers allot better

In relation to delivery, our trikes are securely packaged to protect them during transit, and we are sorry to hear the courier arrival was unexpected. We always aim for deliveries to be as smooth and convenient as possible, particularly for customers with mobility or health concerns.

Visited the Southampton showroom. Very impressed. All the models were available to view and try. Indoor track is very good.
Customer service excellent. Terry took us through the bikes and got us riding around in no time with a very pleasant relaxed demeanour.
Bikes seem very well made, stable and quite powerful. I did not feel pushed into making a purchase but Ordered 2 anyhow, now we just have to wait.
If your looking for a well made, stable tricycle I think this might be the one

delighted with my Trike
I had wanted one of these trikes for a couple of years, have seen people out and about on them in the area where I live and when I spoke to them they all seemed happy with the trike, zero negative reviews (I spoke in person to 4 owners). I even got to try one and loved it from the first push of the peddle. Glad I got one, great service, lovely people and people are important because I know I have support if for some reason something goes wrong. Quick delivery, and clear communication, Trike arrived with minimum fuse and the last 5% put together was simple. Arrived charged so I was off on an adventure straight away. Delighted.

Drakkar II
Ordering my Drakkar II online was a doddle, the delivery date was a little vague to begin with but after getting in touch with the lovely peeps at Jorvik, Einar (Norse for lone warrior) was delivered a month later. He arrived very well packed.
I'd never ridden a trike before, and over 30 years ago since I rode (and fell off) a bike. I was hopelessly naïve in assuming the trike would be a passive ride. It's not. The first day was a mix of exhilaration and fear. I don't think there's one flat road in our village, so I had to learn on a slope, this was a challenge. I would recommend watching videos on youtube that discuss leaning, your upper body plays a big part in staying seated if you take the trike on anything but a flat surface, more so off road.
Before I took him out on the trail, I fitted an oversized seat - trust me it's worth it, your bottom will thank you. Day two, I completed nearly 13 miles on forest trails, some of which were quite hairy but lots of fun.
Yesterday I had absolutely no idea about the power assist and gears, one day later I feel competent enough. There's still a lot to learn off road though, let the adventures begin! :)

Your salesperson (sorry, can't remember his name) was very helpful and supportive. Love the trike, although it did take me a few days getting used to it. Having ridden a bike for over seventy years didn't help as I had to " unlearn the old riding technique. Overall very happy with my purchase.

That’s wonderful to hear — and you’re absolutely right about the “unlearning” part. Many lifelong cyclists say the hardest adjustment to a trike isn’t learning something new, it’s letting go of instincts built up over decades on two wheels. Once it clicks though, the comfort and confidence really come into their own.

Iv been pondering for sometime as to…
Iv been pondering for sometime as to weather I would be able to manage a trike as my mobility is very poor and my legs are weak but a few weeks into it now and I needn’t have worried there is very little effort needed and away you go , I would go as far as to say I think it will actually help to strengthen my legs in time , so I would definitely recommend these trikes it’s given me back my freedom to go cycling with my friends that I was missing .

We went to Southampton for a test ride all the staff are very welcoming I had a test ride James made sure I was ok riding the tricycle we were there for a few hours with cups of tea, I brought a trick James asked when I wanted it delivered and it come on time great service great people. Change from 2 to 3 wheels
Initial questions to decide to which tricycle would be best for me were very thorough. Using the indoor track was a revellation. As a regular cyclist the track enabled me to learn how to change riding style giving me confidence to feel safe on new wheels in half hour.
A great facility and Jake was very patient teaching me. I cant wait to get my trike in a box to ride at home. Thank you
