Very easy process for my order and delivery. Lovely teal colour and comfortable to ride. Comprehensive instruction manual. Have enjoyed cycling around the lanes and using the extra power of the battery occasionally.

Jorvik VANDRA review
Trike had to be returned due to a fault with the electrics. However, despite some problems with transportation, the trike was sorted and returned with no problems. I’m very pleased with it. Many thanks to Ange for her patience and help in getting everything sorted out and to Jorvik for the accessories I received as compensation for the problems.

Excellent Service from Emma and the Team
Emma and the Team have always been so helpful and sympathetic to my needs. My two visits to the Southampton Showroom were most constructive, where James and Jake gave a detailed tour of the Trikes and all their controls.
Delivery was excellent and the trike was so well packed that it took about an hour to remove all the protection.
Before placing an order, I would recommend visiting one of the Showrooms for a test Drive, or arranging a home Demonstration then explore the routes you plan to use your Trike on.
Thank you for the 5 Star Personal Service which has been excellent. I am now looking forward to meeting other Jorvik Owners in the Poole area.

My trike arrived minus a battery and…
My trike arrived minus a battery and cargo box then an incorrect battery was sent apparently due to labeling errors at the carriers, Emma was very helpful in sorting everything and personally involved herself in sorting things for which I was very grateful and I was given a very generous sum of money to spend at the the Jorvik shop because of my inconvenience, I was very impressed with the concern shown to me by Jorvik staff and I was finally able to ride my trike 10 days after its arrival but it was well worth the wait Thank you all,

Very good all round service from the York branch.
I had a few issues at first and they dealt with it all very well. The trike is great and I am enjoying riding it.
It is very well made and the fact it folds right up made it easy to put in it’s allocated place through our door.
Thank you York for getting me back riding again with three wheels instead of two. Come on sunshine!!!

He was very knowledgable & answered all my questions.

Where do I start....
I'm not happy with Jorvik Tricycles.
My trike is out of warranty, three months wait to get a diagnosis of the repairs, trike needs a new motor. Plus repairs to date, I'll be out of pocket for in the region of £1000.00 pounds.
The trike I bought has only done 310 miles, been stored indoors, not used in wet weather and maintained regularly.
Sadly and dissapointingly there has been no over and above service offered, or any gestures of good will, especially as I'm disabled.
I rely on my trike for my mental health and social interaction e.g. walking my dog and going to purchase groceries.
It appears from my experience, all Jorvik Tricycles want is the sales of a new trike and then they wash their hands of any responsibility once they have your money in the bank!!
Once ordered, I had a five month wait for the Tricycle to be delivered, while the full cost of the Trike had been paid for in full.
Poor after sales customer service.
Filtered response from reception when taking my calls, when asking to speak to a member of the maintenance staff, I was met with "I'm sorry they're with a customer at the moment" Then left waiting for a call back the next day, at their convenience.
Slow, lack of credible feed back response from service dept. Said that they had tried to call and have left voicemails, when this hadn't happened.
Conclusion:
A lack of confidence with Bafang motors, and e-trikes, the credibility of Jorvik Tricycles as a company to help customers.
and...
Dissolutionment with the whole experience of trying to recover from a Traumatic Accident and rebuild my independence to live a normal life. This has now been taken away through a lack of trust and faith in the Jorvik product and their lack of humanity.
Jorvik have caused unnecessary distress and impacted on my mental health because of their lack of help!
To avoid negative feedback and accountability Jorvik removed a post off social media, explaining about my journey...
No moral standing!!!

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience and understand how important your trike is to your independence, wellbeing, and day-to-day activities.
We would like to clarify a number of points for accuracy. Our records show that the trike is approximately six years old and has been outside of its warranty period for around three years. When you contacted us regarding the motor, you advised that you were not making a warranty claim and simply asked us to inspect the motor to determine the fault. We carried out this inspection free of charge and our technician subsequently advised that the motor had seized.
It is also important to note that we have never inspected or assessed the trike itself. The only item sent to us was the motor via post. As a result, we have not had the opportunity to examine the complete trike, its condition, maintenance history, or any other components that may be relevant to the issues described in your review.
Throughout this process, our service team worked with you and remained available to assist. Our records show that we spoke with you on numerous occasions and made multiple additional attempts to contact you by telephone to discuss the findings and available options. We understand from previous conversations that you are not always able to answer calls, and we appreciate that this can sometimes make communication more challenging. Nevertheless, we continued our efforts to keep you informed and support you through the diagnostic process.
Regarding the original purchase, the trike was ordered as a pre-order item and the delivery timeframe was clearly communicated and agreed at the point of sale. The order was supplied within the timeframe provided.
While we fully appreciate your frustration at facing a repair cost on a product of this age, we are disappointed by several statements made in this review. We have made considerable efforts to assist despite the trike being significantly outside its warranty period, including carrying out a diagnostic inspection of the motor free of charge and providing technical advice regarding the fault.
Given the assistance provided and the number of conversations we have had with you, we are genuinely disappointed to receive such a severe review. We have sought to assist wherever reasonably possible and do not recognise the suggestion that we have been unwilling to help or engage with your concerns.
We would also like to clarify the comments regarding online reviews and feedback. The management of our reviews is handled independently by a professional marketing agency that works with a number of respected brands within the disability and mobility sector. Reviews are not removed simply because they are negative, and we have no policy of suppressing genuine customer feedback. We therefore do not believe the statement that comments were removed to avoid accountability accurately reflects the situation.
We value all customer feedback and remain willing to discuss any concerns directly should you wish to do so.

Booked a test ride at Southampton .Great space and fascilities to try out .Jake listened to my requests for "what is a must" and we all agreed on a mdel.Rode around ,tried out at my speed/leisure .All questions listened to and answered .Treated like a human.No pressure whatsoever put on me .Coudnt have been more helpful- both staff members. Having reviewed your order for the mirror , this was purchased on a pre-order basis and was dispatched within the advertised pre-order timeframe, so there was no delay beyond the dates stated at the time of purchase.
With regards to the mirror vision, we have provided a demonstration video to your email, showing the correct fitting and adjustment. These mirrors are designed to be adjustable and, when fitted correctly, provide rear visibility for the rider.

Great advice, try before you buy!
Jake at Southampton was really helpful getting me back under pedal power after being unable for so long. It's great being able to try the accessories you need and having knowledgeable advice. They aren't as cheap as some of the others out there but really well made, solid and completely assembled (unlike the others). So many useful little extras like indicators, locking brakes and the seat riser was a revelation for those of us with reduced mobility in the knees!

We visited the York warehouse…
We visited the York warehouse yesterday. We were met and greeted with coffee and biscuits, very good start. I have a disability through a broken back and issues with legs and balance etc so wanted to try the Frelsi trike which has been adapted to suit people with disabilities.
Sam then came through to show me the trike and let me have a test ride. The bike was amazing and very good to use. Sam was really really helpful with no pressure to buy or anything like that, he just wanted me to make sure the test ride worked and the trike met my needs.
I have since ordered one so look forward to been able to get out and about again. Thanks to everyone at the showroom especially Sam, top lad

Jake and Terry both made my twin sister Donna & I very welcome, these guys were knowledgeable on what would meet my needs. I was so glad that we went to the Southampton showroom as they had a huge range to choose from.
I've been wanting a Jorvik Tricycle for a number of years now, and am able to get one with "Cycle to work scheme" (I am so excited!)
I must of tried most of the Trikes they had on display, there set up is fabulous! Even Donna had a try on the Trikes.
I cannot wait to get my Drakkar 2 as welI as cycling to work I will be going on the promenade from Sandbanks to Hengistbury Head & more. Having the confidence to go all day as the Drakker 2 has 2 batteries which will enable me to go out for the whole day and enjoy where I live.

Great visit to the Jorvik York Showroom.
My long journey from Paisley to visit York Showroom to test ride the tricycle. The team was very helpful from start to finish. I arrive early well before my appointment slot and they offer me refreshment and let me walk round the showroom to look at tricycle on display on my own. Had one in mind what I was looking for to see if it suit me or not. Try couple of tricycle around their showroom track and the team rise the handlebar for me due to my short arms. The tricycle that I had in mind was perfect and end up buying it on the spot. Very glad to made the journey and left happy.
It's only took four days for delivery and the courier phone the day before with time slot. The delivery driver was brilliant he took the tricycle around the back of my house since it's on a pallet.
Very easy to build up and follow the instruction in the pack. Very happy indeed. Well done to all team at Jorvik.

Difficulty in sourcing spare battery.
Staff were polite and friendly but to source a battery for a four year old heavily used trike I was asked to pay upfront with no timescale of when I could expect delivery. In effect an interest free loan so I looked elsewhere.
