Asco de empresa !

Terrible experience with Jomashop. My order shows as delivered, but I never received it. They have no delivery photo or any proof that the package was delivered, yet their only solution is to make me wait two weeks for a simple claim. The lack of accountability and poor customer service are completely unacceptable.

Pésima experiencia con Jomashop. Mi pedido aparece como entregado, pero nunca lo recibí. No tienen foto ni ninguna prueba de la entrega y, aun así, su única solución es hacerme esperar dos semanas para un reclamo simple. La falta de responsabilidad y de un servicio al cliente eficiente es completamente inaceptable.

Watch enthusiasts must use

I recently picked up a Longines Conquest V.H.P. from Jomashop, and once again, it was a great experience. The price was hard to beat, and the whole ordering process was quick and easy. I’ve purchased several watches from Jomashop over the years, and I’ve never had a single issue with any of them. They’ve consistently been reliable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

It’s not confusing but very weird…

It’s not confusing but very weird because there’s pop up in the check out and it won’t let me pay so I had to figure it out for like 20 minutes but it’s very worth the deals crazy low steals imo price is so worth buying. Delivery is not bad but not good its in the middle like it’s more convenient to get it sooner but almost the same price as getting the cologne
