The sunglasses I received are not authentic, and did not come with the authentic velvet case shown in the pictures!

Additionally, we have not received any official authentication records from a dealer to support your claim.

Wrong case size

I ordered carrera sunglasses that came with a case. The case was clearly very significantly too small for the glasses. They don't fit at all. I asked for the correct case to be sent, but have ignored multiple requests and submission of photos through their web form. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product and the service. This was my first and my last experience making a purchase with Jomashop.
