Plants arrived in dried out condition
Plants arrived in dried out condition, poorly packed in a cardboard box. Previous orders have always been dispatched in plastic cells to retain moisture. Will not buy from Woolmans again, the change to Johnsons has leas to an inferior product.

Begonia plants garden ready ordered in…
Begonia plants garden ready ordered in February arrived in June so small and some without root system. Very disappointed called your help line to advise and was told they will grow and in a couple weeks will be fine. I am still waiting for them to grow…….and I am watering them.
Now having to buy plants at my Garden Centre.
Will not be buying your plants again.

Ordered Monday received Saturday well impressed. A great selection of items to choose from, but to test them out I ordered 3 packets of seeds.
Can’t fault them - very good & very professional, I am surprised at the feedback they have been having I’ll be planting these before I put in my next order.

Lobelia - brilliant 5 stars all round - packaging, Delivery and plant quality.
Begonia - did not arrive - Yodel Track and Trace: "Due to your parcel's condition and contents, we are unable to deliver. Contact Sender". Refund from Woolmans as no more stock available. Disappointed. Visit Notcuts, cost more than double (but good plants).
