Ordered some Leptinella squalida 'Platts Black' plugs from Glasgow which arrived really quickly, well packaged, looking very healthy, I'm sure they'll do well. Diolch yn fawr!

Ordered via Facebook. The plants arrived, flattened in plastic bags, some with dry compost. The aubergines were fine and are now growing well. The cucumbers were half-dead or worse. One gave up the ghost completely within a day or so. I threw it away. Another is little more than a stunted stalk. The third plastic bag actually contained two seeds. Even now, three weeks later, are still weak, slow-growing, with discoloured leaves. Amazon did not deal with this appropriately, which means the company was not contacted immediately. I think it speaks for itself, that were my complaint not justified, I would not waste my time or my compromise my integrity trying to fraudulently extort £12. The company response to my photos was to say that the two plants look healthy!

My first order from bedwenplants and I am very impressed with the excellent packaging and delivery punctuality.As I have regularly ordered my plants from other sources I find the professional way that this company does business ,very impressive.I will definitely be dealing with Bedwenplants in future.

I ordered on-line and accidentally pressed "order" twice. Bedwen were extremely prompt in contacting me for clarification and my plants arrived the very next day. I ordered a couple of plants for hanging baskets and 20 plug plants of vinca minor. They all arrived in good health, extremely well packaged.

My sweet million tomato plants arrived on time this morning. They were well packed and looked quite healthy. Looking forward to them growing into adults. Thank you.

I bought what it was supposed to be 4 plugs of vincaMinor Hawai. The roots had grown a lot and were wrapped around the paper you are supposed to remove before planting making the job very difficult and resulting in the damage of the plugs.

Good experience from ordering to delivery. The Terracotta pot I ordered, together with one plant (2L Hellebore - Anna's Red) arrived very well packed, very quickly and in great condition.

Plants are OK, a little past their prime.

However, they didn't supply all the plants I ordered. I ordered 32 phlox plants and they only delivered 28.

In the two weeks since delivery, I emailed them twice but have been ignored.

Avoid

We visited Bedwen Plants in Henllan for the 1st time yesterday, with the intention more to look than to buy. One box full of plants purchased later.......! Some really great plants, at very fair prices, and a we were served by a delightful young Scots lady. Brilliant. We'll definitely become repeat customers. Thank you.
