Outstanding quality, great fit, excellent value for money! Would recommend

Bought a couple of shirts from jonjames,and the service was fantastic.

I rang the Cardiff store with a couple of questions but I received no answer,however within 5 minutes of ringing they called me back.

I bought two shirts but unfortunately they had to go back because of the fit,I sent them back on Monday,and by Tuesday they had replied saying that they had received my shirts and that they would refund me within 3 to 5 days.

Where do you get service like this,in this day and age,I can not praise this firm high enough for their service and attitude.

Quality products and excellent service always.... A special mention for Stefanie ....friendly and extremely helpful, great customer service, excellent knowledge re products...very impressive !!!!

Lovely, quality stretcher bars....wish I'd started using them years ago!

It has been a joy getting to know the JJ Team over the past few years. Their service and workmanship are consistently exceptional, making each stage of the framing process an absolute pleasure. The only danger is that their work is properly addictive - I can't get enough of their gesso panels and walnut frames! With the John Jones Project Space and innovative collaborations, they are an invaluable support to the London arts community.

Very timely response with a good quality product...ie exactly what I ordered.
Delivery charge rather steep at £9 (I could have waited a bit longer for a less expensive delivery)

A well made canvas - but there are visible slight creases in the canvas - which can be seen from the side. I might get stretcher bars from Jacksons next time and stretch my own canvas.

I ordered and it arrived, shortly after.

I ordered one 16''x24'' oil primed linen canvas. It turned up within a few days, well packed and to specification. Most importantly the quality is excellent.

I've been immersed in the photographic community for over 15yrs years now. As a student, as an Agent and now as Creative Consultant; it's easy to see how I've ended up with such a large photography collection.

I had a few prints I'd bought that I needing framing and fancied trying out a different company. So as an avid Social Media user I put the word out on Twitter for a good recommendation. And nearly all the replies came back screaming "JOHN JONES!" Of course I knew the name but had just never thought to bring such a small selection of prints to you.

So I swiftly followed JJ on Twitter, was in turn swiftly followed back and after a bit of chatter I decide you were the framers for me. From that very first online conversation, all through the wonderful consultation with the incredibly knowledgeable framer I was paired with, through to the delivery, I was utterly impressed. Every person I came into contact with was friendly & helpful beyond the usual level of customer service you expect. Truly outstanding.
