I would strongly advice anyone thinking of shopping with this company to avoid at all costs.
My partner ordered a ring for my birthday and paid for express shipping. Of course, it did not arrive and my birthday has been and gone. You can't contact them by phone, emails and chats have not been responded to. As someone below said, they engaged by email for a couple of messages and then went incommunicado! They were quick enough to take my partners hard earned cash but god knows when the ring will arrive. Don't waste your time, money or sanity!
Ps. Live 24/7 chat..., pah! ... automated response, then nothing. Trading Standards here we come.

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a ring. They sent the wrong ring. They will not pay for the returns, expect me to return the wrong ring at my expense and are quoting me their terms and conditions on returns including fees.

Firstly I never moan but I have to leave and honest review.
My partner purchased a ring for me from this website. He proposed with it but it was too big ( their sizing is definitely out!) I tried to just get the ring re sized at a local jewellery store but because of the material they couldn’t do this without damaging it. I contact Joancee to exchange for size down. Their communication is terrible , waited two weeks to get a few reply’s and they draw out the questions which they could just put in one email! They need order ref, photos of ring and will ask if ring size sticker still attached. Obviously my partner removed this sticker to propose so now the company refuse to take it back. No where in their website could we find stating this on the returns policy ! Also if you happen to be successful in them allowing you to return it then you will be expected to pay the shipping and import charges etc. Save yourself the pennys and go to a uk site to a known company , you get what you pay for!

Once they got your money they’re nowhere to be seen or heard, can’t contact them and get no reply if you do, they’re not interested. Got a ring and asked to exchange for a slightly smaller one or refund as it clearly states 60 day return policy. But just not interested once you’ve made that purchase. Please please don’t be fooled by the cute pictures and trash talk all over their page about warranty and customer service . It means nothing. Spend a bit more at a reputable company

Ordered my wedding ring in May and it’s now June.
Weeks of asking where my ring is.
I think it’s somewhere in the uk but went to a wrong address.
Now there asking me to find it.
Honestly pay a little bit more and get a ring from a reputable company.
Save yourself stress and a massive head ache.
I’ll probably just contact my bank for a refund as these won’t give me one.

Ring was a gift that took 6 weeks to turn up as they blamed my husband for not sending an address he had to pay more for them to resend. Arrived and was too big and now they're ignoring every email. Message etc so I can't return the item. Facebook messenger just says to use live chat, which doesn't work.

At first I was a little dubious as i have never used a site i didn't know, on sending emails panicking as i bought a ring for my friends birthday I believed I would never receive it.
It arrived on the date it stated, the presentation box the ring came in was beautiful, hopefully the ring fits her and keeps its colour but so far very happy.
The engagement ring did eventually arrive
The engagement ring did eventually arrive, several weeks late, but my fiancee loves it. It's well made. The problem really lies with the shipping from China and the sluggish website. I did have contact with customer service who rectified my order when I accidentally paid twice because of the sluggish website, and who reassured me the ring was on its way. We're happy with the ring, which is I suppose the main thing.

When It's "Too Good To Be True ..." It's Worse!
Tried to make a purchase using PayPal which is one of several pay options and nothing! They offered very attractive discounts and this was to be my first purchase.
Beautiful costume jewelry and they were running specials only I was unable to complete my purchase when their system spit back a message regarding "invalid zip code" which makes no sense.
They offered a multitude of acceptable payment methods so I chose what's worked out best for me when I'm trialing a new company--PayPal.
My purchase "got stuck" repeatedly and I couldn't figure out what I'd done wrong so I wrote to Joancee Customer Service. Nothing. Today is 12/06/2023 and nothing. So, I went "adventuring" looking at other consumer sites, and to my utter dismay, I am not the only one they've displeased.
Perhaps it's a bit more difficult to SCAM the consumer when using PayPal. I am always reluctant to use other forms unless I've built up a relationship of trust. In this case that is not going to happen.
Wrote to them asking for help. Saved screenshots of my attempts to communicate and--nothing!
