I had a potential for a AFO on my bank account. While looking for a lawyer for my case, I came across JMW. I spoke with Jack from JMW about my case and from the minute I spoke with Jack and explained my situation, I knew I chose the right lawyer.

He was calm, sincere and advised me what steps needed to taken. He first got an extension from the Financial Officer once he started working on my case. We discussed everything on Teams meeting and he thoroughly went through the evidence. Very politely advised what to do next and how to present the evidence to the FI. Took me through every step of the process and reviewed with me before submitting the evidence/emails to the FI.

I am glad to say that the case is resolved now and Jack was very proactive in chasing the FI about the decision. He made sure I receive the emails, before sending to the FI.
