Going the extra mile
Upon finding out the part I needed was unavailable, I received an voice mail notifying me of the situation.
In calling the return number in the VM, I spoke with Lucas. He was able to order the part from a Partner company for delivery next week. This preserves the time critical schedule that we are under.
Cant wait to have the part in hand.

We had a return and were getting the runaround from Amazon and the manufacturer about who was responsible. Ryan from JMAC helped us out and was absolutely invaluable in getting our return processed.
