Absolutely appalling after sales…

Absolutely appalling after sales service & shocking shoes!
Purchased a pair of allure in black patent 5 years ago, worn twice & the heel tips split down the centre on both shoes, returned them to selfridges Trafford centre who returned them to jimmy choo for repair. Worn once on return , heel tips split again, once again were returned & repaired. Shoes stay in the box for 6 months too afraid to wear them for fear of repeat ....wore then to my fathers funeral in August 18....guess what?? Yep split again. Returned once more & they replaced the complete heel.....no need to the heels were fine, no scuffs or anything. Shoes once again sat in their box for 12 months this time! Wore in August & it happened again. Jimmy choo refuse to refund or replace the shoes for me insisting there is no fault but general wear & tear! I've not had possession of them in between returning them to cause them wear & tear! Appalled by this company's ethics & standards. Even primark heel tips dont come off after one wear.

I purchased an $800 belt and they have not agreed to replace the belt buckle that has a missing stone. The representative Bianca has been so dismissive it shows how awful or not well trained customer service is. I wouldn't purchase from them again in future. SHOES OR BELTS.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, wanted to get missing heel tips replaced on my slightly worn shoes, local shoe repairer couldn't help as stiletto so narrow. Contacted Jimmy Choo to enquire how to arrange repair, they would not help as I could not provide proof of purchase so I am now left with 2 pairs of unusable shoes! I find this so frustrating & disappointing as the shoes are like new just missing a heel tip. Just can't believe I can't get a simple repair completed. Will never buy Jimmy Choo shoes ever again & wanted to warn others.

We purchased $1,300 shoes and they…

We purchased $1,300 shoes and they didn't end up fitting well. We attempted to return them for a store credit yet were denied due to the fact of their 14 day return policy.

The shoes are not worn... they just don't fit and now we are apparently stuck with $1,300 shoes which we can do nothing with. If they do not sort me out, i will be contacting our credit card company and they may lose the shoes and the money if they do not get their act together and trade with compassion & honesty.

We are not buying $20 shoes, we are buying $1,300 shoes and i believe some leniency should be given for genuine customers such as myself. They will also lose me as a customer. Not only this.. but their apparent '24 hour customer service' is not working well for them as it took 5 days to get back to my request to return the shoes.

Absolutely disgusted by this brand. Never again ! i want an apology and be looked after with my dilemma regarding the shoes.

Excellent service...

I am quite shocked reading some very poor reviews on here. I’ve had excellent customer service from jimmy choo. I recently ordered a pair of boots which were too small so I ordered a larger size which I paid for and returned the smaller ones. Within a week I have received my refund for returned pair. This is my 2nd pair of jimmy Choos and just love them!

Struggling to get refund....again

Once again I have had to return something and once again struggling to get my money refunded. They ignore emails, says on their website they aim to reply within four hours, they don’t even reply within four days! Refunds processed within 48 hours or 5 working days of sale period, I have waited over that now. Telephone them and again they just fob you off. Talk too you as though you are dumb. Payed by PayPal and had to open a case against them again. The worst customer services I have ever dealt with.

My daughter is getting married in 9…

My daughter is getting married in 9 days !! In March she ordered
Jimmy Choo wedding shoes from Selfridges in Birmingham she was treated wonderfully on that day as parted with her money extremely happy and excited and waited in anticipation for her beautiful wedding shoes. With 9 days to go she has nothing, after treating her appallingly when she enquired as to how where the shoes and even last week turning up at her dress fitting with shoes so that her wedding dress could be altered to the shoes and promising faithfully to sort this out, she then has a phone call to say that they were never ordered in the first place. What is there response to this you think with only 9 days to go and Jimmy Choo at fault .....at first most apologetic and a full refund plus free of charge shoes as compensation. Not the custom made blue plaque wedding date shoes she had hoped for but at least they fit the dress. The next day a complete turnaround 'here's your money back luv and if you want to purchase another pair of shoes you can have them at half price.' I am completely and utterly shocked that an international company literally couldn't care less about a customer especially a bride who I cannot begin to tell you is absolutely now devastated. So if you would like a magical experience for your wedding ..... shop elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Jimmy Choo and especially thanks for upsetting my daughter and leaving her with no shoes to walk down the aisle in.

Is Jimmy Choo being fair with their customers on defective merchandise?

I bought a pair of sunglasses at full price at a regular Jimmy Choo store. They fell apart very quickly within several months. The sides of the frames that appeared to be golden upon purchase started to peel away like paper. The glasses are not wearable. I returned them to the SF store and was informed I needed to fill out a form, and send pictures to customer care. They forwarded my pictures to SAFILO the manufacturer of the glasses. SAFILO wrote me back stating they had discontinued that line and I needed to find myself a repair person and pay for repairs. Over the phone they told me to get my money back from Jimmy Choo as that is whom I gave my money to. I forwarded the reply to Jimmy Choo customer care and stated I wanted a refund. They have given me the runaround and no resolution yet. I have asked for the matter to be escalated and still no word from management. I note many complaints like mine on line and at trustpilot. I hope someone takes the initiative and does what needs to be done here to protect the general public. This is a high end store literally stealing from people. The stuff class actions are made of!!!

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company and unfortunately there was an issue, however, they handled it wonderfully. They went above and beyond to make it right for me, even doing more than what I actually asked for. For me I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had in my life. I would recommend them to anyone, especially for those that are looking for a special pair of shoes for a special day such as their wedding as they truly do everything they can to make sure you are happy.

Terrible Experience

About a month ago I purchased a pair of boots in Woodbury Commons Jimmy Choo NY store. I finally caved in to buying a pair of expensive boots that I liked from a brand I thought had a good product and would have good customer service. By the 3rd week of owning the boots and wearing them for only the 3rd time, while pulling the boot to put them on material ripped from the top like it was a piece of paper. It was terrible. The boots look brand new with a tear. I brought the Boots back to the store with the receipt to see if I could exchange them but no luck. Right away the manager said that I didn't even had to go to the store, it was a waste of trip, I should have called them up to open a case with them. I would need to take pictures send it to an email address and then they would decide whether to fix the boots or not, in which case I lost my money. The manager of the store took pictures and told me she felt terrible because the boots look brand new but there was nothing they could do other than calling corporate and see what they say based on the pictures. That is by far the worst customer experience I have ever have had on a store with a damage item. Obviously, for me and my family this is the first and last time I would buy another item from Jimmy Choo as a result of this experience and I can't believe you pay so much money for a product that the material is so fragile, very disappointing.

No refund if shoes don’t fit - do not buy online

I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Jimmychoo.com, but I had to return them due to fit (I had recently bought another pair in the same size and assumed these would fit, too, but they were far too narrow). Without notification, Jimmy Choo returned the shoes back to me and refused a refund, although I had done everything as described for the return. Do not buy anything online from them unless you are 100% sure you want to keep it! My experience is you cannot trust their exchange and return policy.

I would like to express my…

I would like to express my disappointment experienced at your New Bond Street store on what is now more than 3 occasions.

I have been left feeling incredibly let down and needless to say, I will not be purchasing any further items. I have shopped with Jimmy Choo all over world and this is because of the usually seamless service and helpful staff that are able to assist, however perhaps your brands values are changing.

Firstly, having recently purchased yet another pair of shoes this season, I wanted to ask a question about a leather protector and another pair of shoes that wished to purchase.

After being in the store for over 10 minutes, the server then approached me after I had caught her eye, while she was straightening the product on the shelves.

I can only describe her manner as abrasive, egotistical and dismissive.

She advised me that she could not assist because she was helping another customer who was buying a couple of pairs of shoes, and I quote “she is really spending”.

After this unimpressive visit to the store, to my dismay I was then forced to revisit once again after a pair of boots had broken after 4 weeks of wear. I visited the store for a solution as I was obviously shocked and unimpressed that my expensive boots had broken after just a month of wear.

Once again staff were dismissive and uninterested but eventually, yet reluctantly agreed to send my boots off to the cobblers.

When I returned to the store to collect my boots after phoning the store multiple times during the week, again I was asked to wait 10 / 15 mins as everybody was busy. I was then told by a gentleman in store “to have a little patience”.

No one in the store was welcoming or helpful, not even a smile or a hello which just makes for an uncomfortable customer experience. I can only praise the security guard for being polite and apologetic.

Nothing has changed with the service since my last visit and I will never be purchasing another thing for Jimmy Choo ever again.

I will be advising all of my friends and family of this as they have also been let down in the past.

Regards,
A very disappointed customer!

Hands down the best service.

I have been purchasing Jimmy Choo now for for a good four years online and in store! Delivery is fantastic and so is the customer service, I had a bag delivered once which was damaged so I emailed customer services - they were amazing the lady that was dealing with me tried her absolute best to source the same bag, but to no avail she offered me many alternatives. I have had around 12 pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes and I receive hand written thank you notes and birthday cards through the post which is very personal and is lovely to know the customer always comes first with Jimmy Choo. I highly recommend to anyone.

Straight out of the box and already worn!!

Purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo men’s trainers, straight out of the box one of the shoes had been worn and scuffed on the side and sole. I explained they were purchased for a specific pre Christmas party so couldn’t send them back as they will be worn. Explained that you don’t expect this from such a high level brand and requested a partial refund which I think is fair. Still heard nothing from their customer service.

Rip off

I was sent a pair of shoes with a scratch on the heel.
I sent an email and pics asking for a discount as the shoes were needed for that evening.
I was offered 5% and that was the final offer!
Disgusting company.
Nice design,rubbish quality.
Hides behind the name and does what it wants.
Much better quality from fairfax and favour who's a British brand.

Worst company & customer service i have ever experienced.

I have been purchasing jimmy choo shoes for years but always through other websites and other stores, never through them directly. Last week I purchased a bag through their online store. I received a large ups box earlier this week with a empty jimmy choo box inside with packaging “no bag”. I sent them photos and their response an apology and that there was that there was noting they could do at this time. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First image of Jimmy Choo!

I love Jimmy Choo. I never before shopping by this company because yes they are expensive, but stand up for a long time. I'm a younger person and find their shoes to be very stylish. Today is after Thanksgiving~
He’s name is Kevin, he's an employee at Buckhead, Atlanta. He was impressed by his service and I felt the image I wanted to frequent with Jimmy Choo shoes come back again.
I appreciate his best service.
