The delivery was not done properly

The delivery was not done properly. I stayed at home from work just to receive the parcel. I asked the driver to leave the pallet in my car port but he refused to do the same. He left the pallet on the main gate. I would ask you to return the delivery charges.

Total lack of respect for customers

Total lack of respect for customers – disappointing experience at jem&fix Taastrup

I had a very disappointing experience at the jem&fix store in Taastrup. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. When I asked for help locating a specific product, I was completely ignored, and when I politely insisted, I was told in an unfriendly tone that I should “figure it out myself.”

I believe that a store that values its customers should at least provide basic assistance in navigating the aisles, especially when it comes to specific or hard-to-find items. Instead of help, I was met with indifference and a passive-aggressive attitude, which completely ruined my shopping experience.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve been treated this way at this store, but it will definitely be the last time I shop there. I do not recommend it!

Bad customer care in Randers SØ

I went into the Rander SØ this morning to buy optændingsblokke. The first staff member I saw said good morning to me and was pleasant but obviously new to the store so couldn't help me. The second staff I asked was uninterested and almost rude. She directed to me to the area in the store (just pointed, no offer to guide me) and when I came back to say that I still couldn't find them, she told me I was looking in the wrong area and to try again.

In the end, I bought nothing and went to Harald Nyborg instead. I know Jem&Fix is known for poor customer care but thank you for confirming that to me today.

Disgraceful product

I bought a hyndeboks based on their catalogue information, it does not fulfil it.
a) The box inner space is 39 litres smaller than advertised, and the inner dimensions nowhere what is claimed. There is no possible excuse for that.
b) The quality is dismal. 1. It has "wheels" which barely can be turned with no load; and are not fit for any purpose. 2. It is full of plastic mould overflows, many sharp enough to cut the user. 3. The lid does not hold itself open. 4. The tolerances are very bad so assembling it is a painful process 5. it claims to be specified for 150Kg, it will doubtless break much earlier than that.
Selling something like this is shameful, and a waste of time for your customers. This product does not belong in a shop shelf, and much less advertised as what it is not.

Update: I returned it to one of their shops and the clerk returned the money without any fuss.

Store that doesn't care about their customers

Worst customer service. I need 2psc of laminate flooring tiles, they sell just in packs of 8 so its fine with me. I call them because online it shows 299kr for delivery of a package that is under 20kg and costs 187kr. I ask them for other collection option but they just say that it is not possible. I ask for any other option not to pay 299 for delivery and then I notice that a woman who speaks to me is very unpleasant I ask her name or employee number she just hangs the phone. Will never use this store again and neither recommend it for others. No respect for customers.

Lagerstatus på hjemmeside er altid…

Lagerstatus på hjemmeside er altid forkert. Drove all the way to 5 stores in different places to find a specific item. It said in the website they have a lot in stock, but did not have it all when we came to the store. End up calling other stores that have them (lagerstatus) before driving, and they don't have it either. WASTE OF TIME!!!

Why the hell does this " company" do…

Why the hell does this " company" do not react to questions ? I am still waiting for an answer about my order that is stuck in Karlstad? I will make a complaint with the police, as this is thievery to my view. I paid, I do not get my stuff AND no reactions from them!
