Disrespectful Behavior
I recently visited MOS Solna Sweden store with my wife and six-year-old daughter, expecting a pleasant shopping experience. Instead, I encountered some of the worst customer service imaginable, marred by unprofessional and possibly racist behavior.
While waiting for assistance, I greeted a salesman with a friendly "Hej." To my shock, his response was, "You don’t need to scream." I was taken aback by his rudeness, especially since I was with my young daughter. When I expressed my surprise and discontent, the situation escalated into an argument. The staff started lecturing me about what they considered "professional" behavior, which was incredibly ironic given their own conduct.
To make matters worse, the manager sided with the rude salesman instead of addressing the issue professionally. This whole experience was not only disappointing but also felt deeply disrespectful and discriminatory.
I will never visit this store again and would advise others to avoid it as well. Customer service should be about respect and professionalism, neither of which were present here. If you value being treated with dignity, shop elsewhere.

Worst online shop ever, who decline customer order maximum time. Have never seen any online shop like that. If you don't have stock then customer will not order it right? But after order how could they decline and refund?

Reclamation
I have sent 2 emails to do reclamation for sneakers I purchased online, wore them 1 season and they are completely torn.
I never got response and went to the store in Gallerian in Stockholm.
Very rude staff told me I can't do reclamation without receipt even I have proof what I purchased, how much I paid and when.
I will contact konsumentverket.
Awful experience!

Worst worst customer service and…
Worst worst customer service and extremely unfair return charges. They are just ripping off their customers. I ordered 2 small size training trousers and 1 of them is very short in length. When I informed them they have send a general reply to every email and message. You can send it back to UK warehouse at a cost of 173 kr whereas the delivery charges were only 49kr. Does not make sense at all. Sometimes the same email bounces back saying the email address does not exist. Will never ever buy from the and won't suggest anyone buying from them in future. I will be reporting them to Hallå konsument Sweden and Trading Standards UK.

Easy and smooth purchase
I love the sneakers I got, high quality and for an amazing price too. The sole isn’t too soft or hard, which is what I prefer.
Only issue I had was that it wasn’t really easy getting a size 45 sneakers on the website, or at least one that I love

Worst after sales service sta away!
I bought an expensive name brand jacket that in less than a month without being washed or something has faded everywhere. I sent pictures and what is needed and their response was it's normal and they didn't even bother the worst service after the purchase they don't care about their customers at all.
