Ordered a product and after 7 days they…
Ordered a product and after 7 days they sent me a mail that the item is out of stock. How can they accept payment and confirm the order without having any item in stock. In short it was my first and probably my last purchase from JD sports.👎👎👎

Bad service on the sistema I didn’t got…
Bad service on the sistema I didn’t got a message for go pick up it’s take more then 3 weeks for get the product. So annoy have to buy in this store. I think I will prefer others stores I’m student and for hot the discount a lot of problem! Instead got the same treated as a normal purchase.

They have good prices especially on sales but you have to be quick on making your orders otherwise you will find that the product you wanted to buy has already been sold out.
Their products were of good quality and I received my orders within a week..

Website and app not updated i ordered…
Website and app not updated i ordered many times but after 1 0r 2 days gets only 1 or two products rest or the products gets cancelled. Just because of this i paid extra delivery cost.

I wished I have read these reviews…
I wished I have read these reviews before spending and blocking 350euros in shoes that appear in stock, but after placing the order, charging the money, you are sending an automatic message saying that are out of stock. Checking the same shoes after an hour, bam, back in stock. I guess that's the business model, fake adverts, charging people's money, use it to make other money, then refunding it back. Avoid this web page.
